Unbeatable location with Colorado mountain town charm. We never regret staying here on the nostalgic main strip, right in the middle of all the action! Beds are super comfy and the apartment is just as described. Manitou is not to be missed, owner is great to communicate with.

The apartment is centrally located with parking so you can leave your car and walk or take the free shuttle anywhere in town and also to the Pikes Peak Cog Railroad. Communication with Jeff is great. It was very clean and had plenty of soap and shampoo. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

Convenient location for vacation in Manitou

Beautiful views and nice location, I will say the main bedroom is very light even at night, so if you like dark when sleeping they do make portable blackout curtains which would fix it . Great place would stay again

Colorado Experience

Fun little town and this location is central to it all. Also worked as a great home base for our various excursions out. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group and provided all of the basics we needed for our stay.
