We arrived under stormy conditions and woke up to a pool full of debris and family coming for swim. I sent a message and pool cleaners arrived immediately. Pool was ready before my niece arrived. I suggest if you plan to use the bbq to check everything is clean and grease pan is not full. We assumed it was clean and ready to use. It was not. Extreme fire hazard. Otherwise kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Plenty of towels for swimming and showering. Beds are very comfortable. House is at end of a dead end street very nice and quiet with decent privacy. We will for sure be back.

I thought things could of been cleaner. The pool was lovely and the back yard has so much unused potential. Couch kind of broken down and broken lamp in living room. The place need meet out needs. The beds were wonderful!!!!

We had a great stay in the Tempe vacation home. It was centrally located to all of the places we needed to be. There was plenty of room for our group and the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

The thermostat rules state to keep the house between 72-75 but the thermostat reset to 75 ANYTIME it was moved.House was not as nice on the inside as it appears in the pictures. I found several dirty dishes that were put away. The washing machine was broken and when I asked for it to be fixed the owner stopped responding. Pool lighting didn't function. Pool had algae spot in it, even after pool cleaners showed up unannounced, for over 1 hour.Overall not worth the hassle of sending pics of ID's and having to purchase insurance. I did not pay the 100 dollar up charge for the hot tube so no comment on that

Wonderful peace and great pool and spa.

Love this home and the hosts are great to work with, They are very responsible, respectful , really good people. Home was very comfortable and enjoyed the pool and spa making this visit five stars for sure.

We loved the pool but the hot tub wasn’t used since they came to clean it while we were there and didn’t drain it. House was great and Dale was very nice to deal with. We’d stay there again. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Would sure recommend.
