Ocean Front condo on Marco Island with great tropical breezes and spacious living quarters. Large 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with marble floors and large kitchen. 1500 square feet A/C. Enjoy the winter and spring months in this luxury unit in SW Florida Island.. Unit features large master bedroom with separate tub and shower. Second bedroom with two single beds. Both with views of ocean and access to 50 ft. balcony. Large family room overlooking ocean with open kitchen. Laundry within unit. Monthly rent includes: :Wi Fi, Cable, and Air Conditioning. Amenities: 2 Tennis Courts, Large Pool w/grilling, Card Room, Billards ,, Ping pong, and Gym. The Marbelle Club building is secure with key access only and has only 8 units per floor. Come enjoy the warmth for the winter or spring and take advantage of what the island has to offer.( Great restaurants, good fishing ,beautiful sunsets, golf, tennis, and more.)Looking for a 3 month minimal rental term.
