IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that from August 11, 2025, through Thanksgiving, the condominium will begin a Balcony Concrete Repair Project as part of a state-mandated milestone inspection initiative. While the project will proceed floor by floor, starting on the 17th floor, all units in the building may be affected at some point by construction noise, airborne dust, and temporary balcony access restrictions, depending on the location of the work in relation to your unit.

Neat and clean, this condo sleeps 5 and has everything you need to enjoy a week in the sun...beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, towels and a blender for frozen drinks!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster... stackable washer and dryer too!

Living room has sofa and chair, flat screen TV, Master BR has queen bed with New Casper mattress, flat screen TV, private bathroom, and an ocean view right from the bed. 2nd BR has a queen bed with a twin loft bed above also and private bathroom.

Central Air Conditioning to keep you cool during hot summer days/nights. Complimentary WIFI included.

Picture yourself enjoying beautiful sunsets and spectacular gulf views from the 21' lanai that has comfortable deck furniture. Stroll the beach and collect seashells or play tennis or pickleball (bring your own equipment) on-site then head to the pool and hot tub to relax. You are also within walking distance to parasailing, wave runner and paddleboard rentals, beach shops, movie theater and 1st class restaurants.

Watch dolphins play along the shore, explore Tiger Tail beach or take a 45-minute drive to Everglade City and take an air boat ride...there is so much to see and do. It is a bird lovers paradise ... walk around the neighborhood and see adorable burrowing owl nests. Naples is only a 20-minute drive where you'll find upscale restaurants and shopping galore (5th Ave., Tin City, Naples Pier). The condo has an information binder full of great restaurants to go to and a list of activities -- you won't miss a thing. Marco is a magical place to make wonderful memories - You Will Love It.

*** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day ***

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
