Accessing the beach couldn’t be easier—simply take the elevator or climb two flights of stairs to reach the building's direct gated beach access.

Mediocre property

Overall, condo was cramped. All mattresses were way too soft (maybe cheap mattresses?). Couch was very uncomfortable. Every horizontal surface was jammed with bric-a-brac so there was nowhere to place items. Overall, would not recommend.

Beautiful views of beach, gulf and sunset

We had a wonderful time. The view was incredible from the third floor. You have everything that you need especially for the beach. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was very clean and open. The two walk-in showers were great. The only suggestion that we have is to get rid of the rugs. They are not user friendly. This doesn't change our 5 star rating though. Great place to relax.

AC only worked the first two nights

The AC only worked the first two nights. In August, that is not a good combination, I thought I was going to melt. There wasn’t one comfortable bed, the mattresses were awful and the bed in the master bedroom is not a king as advertised. Other than that, it was good. If you get trapped in the middle of a storm in Florida like we did (weird right) there is only one trash bag extra, so travel with extra everything in case you can’t go grocery shopping and supply shopping in your vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Never had a problem with the rental agency. Came in December and was fine. This time Sea Winds had new sliders being installed and was less than pleasant. Workers always using elevator started working at 8 and noise was not pleasant at all drilling, grinding ,and cutting. We were 7 floors below the action and still couldn't enjoy the time in the condo. We had to leave the condo each day before we wanted. I realize the work had to be done and we were forewarned of the renovation but to charge the same prize as if nothing was going on was a bit much. We don't mind paying full price but felt a little cheated with the experience.

The 3rd floor balcony provided great views and a wonderful place to relax when we couldn’t get to the beach. Pool and hot tub area were nice as well. Private pool seemed well heated although we only dipped our toes in. There was more than enough beach equipment for us (maybe too much) including towels, blankets, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. Wish we would have had a chance to use the tennis or pickleball equipment. The kitchen was very adequately supplied. All in all a very nice condo and we would definitely return!

The beach gear was much appreciated-best umbrella we’ve had. The kitchen was nicely stocked although the dishwasher did not have a utensil basket. The air conditioning unit did not cool the condo and the humidity level was high. The jute rugs held onto the humidity and shed fibers. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall it’s a nice unit and we would definitely rent it again. Harborview was easy to work with, communication was easy as well as check-in and out.

The Beach in view from the balcony, the pool and hot tub, the pleasant people at the front office, I could go on and on. Only problem which I find is common with many condos. many surfaces, shelves, cupboards are covered with ornaments, and shells so few places to set down one's personal items. In bathroom, a shelf of shells. In bedroom the tops of the dresser, more ornaments and shells. Living room an entire cupboard filled with shells and ornaments. End table in living room ditto. I like shells but I also like space for my coffee cup, my glasses, my reading material, my wine glass and so on. To be fair there was ample space for food and dishes. The kitchen area was well stocked. The balcony was a great place to gather at the end of the day. The second bedroom door does not open from the inside, trapping the occupants, my daughters. They had to sent me a test to get them out. Other problems such as as a faulty shower tap in the main bedroom was fixed promptly.

Spectacular Accommodations with View

The two bedroom condo was impeccable. All the appliances were brand new. The closets were well stocked with beach towels and toys. The balcony was screened in and perfect for our needs as well as being on the third floor. The view of the gulf was spectacular. The only downside was the unreliability of the Internet. We had to contact the office manager in order to learn how to reboot the system. We had to do that several times throughout the trip Every time a device was turned off it lost connectivity with the Internet and most often had to be reconnected from scratch.TV in the master bedroom never connected to the Internet. It was unclear that the so-called cable system was really free Internet channels with no access to sports, politics, or timely news. Also, we thought it was inappropriate to ask us to re-supply paper towels, TP, and tisssue.

Marco never disappoints!

Great location, extremely well appointed (kitchen, supplies, towels, beach accessories - they have it all!), and very comfortable. Communications with Property Managers was excellent - made it a seamless process! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Views and Property

Beautifully remodeled VERY clean Owners thought of everything utensil wise Smaller rooms buy comfortable Great View Easy walk to beach- nice handicap accessible boardwalk and pool. Tons of towels, beach towels, beach toys, games. Check in before heading to the grocery. We could of done without buying laundry detergent, hand soap, trash bags. Even some unopened cereal and such left.
