Escape to paradise and experience your dream beachfront retreat in our newly renovated Marco Island condo located on the 11th floor at the Sea Winds! Situated directly on the pristine sands of Marco Island, the property offers private access to the beach.
IMPORTANT NOTE / ATTENTION RENTERS (4/15/2024 – 6/9/2024): Beginning on April 15th, 2024, Sea Winds will be installing new sliding glass doors leading to each condo balcony. The project will start from the top floor and work downward with work inside our condo taking place during the week of April 29th. Guests renting during the remaining weeks should expect to experience some noise associated with this project from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Absent any delays, the project is expected to be completed by mid-June.
IMPORTANT NOTE / ATTENTION RENTERS (5/15/2024 – 5/24/2024): Beginning on May 15th, 2024, the tennis courts at Sea Winds will be closed for resurfacing. Tennis and pickleball activities will not be available for the duration of this project. Absent any delays, this project is expected to be completed by May 24th, 2024.

After a complete renovation, this condo is opening to renters for the first time beginning in May 2024. Furnished with your comfort in mind, relax in the tastefully decorated living area, savor home-prepared meals in a fully stocked kitchen, and unwind in the cozy bedrooms.
- LIVING/DINING AREA: Comfortable sofa is a Queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa, 55” flat screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, dining table seats up to 6. Blackout curtains bookend the sliding glass door – either enjoy the view and sun or provide near darkness.
- KITCHEN: Fully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, a Keurig that makes pots and individual cups. a blender, knife set. and toaster. Featuring all new appliances and beautiful quartz countertop.
- MASTER BEDROOM: King-sized bed, private bath w/walk-in shower, ceiling fan, 42” flat screen Smart TV. Walk-in closet provides amble space for clothing storage during your stay. Blackout curtains bookend the sliding glass door – either enjoy the view and sun or provide near darkness.
- SECOND BEDROOM: 2 twin beds, private bath w/walk-in shower, ceiling fan, 32” flat screen Smart TV, "black out shade" on the window.
- BATHROOMS: Bath, hand, wash towels supplied, one hair dryer, a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal toiletries and sunscreen.
- LAUNDRY ROOM: New full-sized combination washer & dryer inside the condo. We do our best to supply complimentary laundry detergent & dryer sheets (not guaranteed).
- BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary beach items for your use include beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler.
- PROPERTY AMENITIES: Pool (heated during winter), hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts.
- TECHNOLOGY: Wi-Fi access included. All 3 TVs mentioned above are Smart TVs. Access to local cable and 50 hours of DVR storage is available through the Summit Broadband App on Smart TVs. Most streaming Apps are available by signing into your personal account(s). There is no land-line phone. You will need to have a cell phone.
- MISCELLANEOUS: Maximum occupancy of 6 including children and we highly recommend limiting to 4 adults (we want you to be comfortable, not cramped). Saturday to Saturday check-in/check-out only (unless arrangements are made in advance of booking). 7-night minimum rental. Sea Winds charges a $50 registration fee (subject to change) which includes your parking pass. Non-smoking condo and property (smoking in designated area only). No pets allowed (Sea Winds rule).
