Penty Yves accommodation and its annex for 10 people which can be dissociated located on a 3 hectare domain of nature in the countryside in a quiet area, with an outdoor playground (trampoline and badminton and volleyball), near the ocean, beaches , coastal paths, shops, sporting and cultural activities) ideal for two families with children, consisting of a large living room with dining room, a bathroom with shower, a bathroom with tub, 3 toilets, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 very large room with 4 single beds, possibility of adding 1 to 2 extra beds on reservation.
No supplement in the price indicated is to be expected, bed linen and towels are provided, water and electricity also as well as end of stay cleaning.

A great family holiday

It was our first trip to Brittany and the Crozon Penninsula, but it will not be our last. Firstly, we loved the area and found the mix of beaches, towns, areas of interest, food and people to be perfect for a family holiday. The location of the house was ideal for easy access to the peninsula, yet also a peaceful refuge when we felt like relaxing in the large rambling gardens. We stayed in Penty Yves and found it ideal for our family of two adults and three energetic children. The building has plenty of character and was well looked after and clean. The internal layout especially the kitchen and lounge were very comfortable and practical with good wifi and kitchen appliances. We loved being in the countryside with plenty of space and it was great to be able to let the kids play, ride and explore the gardens. The arrangements were well organised with good communication and Veronique was very helpful. We definitely will be back. Many thanks!

site magnifique les photos sur site sont à revoir car trompeur

Envitonnement tres sympa.Le proprietaire injoignable heureusement que la representante du propriétaire très sympa. les photos ne correspondent pas a la maison reservee. Faire attention aux photos qui correspondent aux 2 maisons.Nous avpns eu droit a une petite maison où il fallait se plier en deux pour y acceder.au risque de se cogner le Front.

madame, tout d'abord, effectivement, la métairie d'yvaël à 2 locations comme précisé dans l'annonce : le Penty Yves et le penty gwenaëlle, chaque photo a l'annotation de la location à laquelle elle appartient. Le penty gwenaëlle que vous avez loué a une petite porte au niveau de la cuisine mais 2 autres accès de la maison sont disponibles avec une hauteur dite normale ( tout en sachant que "penty" est un mot breton est en français cela veut dire "petite maison"). vous aviez le choix au moment de la location entre les deux et vous avez choisi la moins chère sans nous préciser que vous étiez 5 personnes au lieu de 4 (vous avez donc eu la gratuité pour la 5 ème personne). il est bien indiqué dans l'annonce que le penty gwenaëlle est plus petit donc moins cher que le Penty Yves. je suis sincèrement désolée que vous soyez déçue de votre séjour mais cela a été votre choix au moment de la réservation! un dernier point, nous n'habitons pas la presqu'ile de Crozon, c'est pour cela que véronique s'occupe de notre bien, c'est donc elle, qui est disponible pour vous recevoir et répondre à vos questions. néanmoins, nous sommes tout de même à votre écoute par téléphone ou mail si l'on prend le temps d'essayer de nous joindre en attendant un temps raisonnable de réponse! le soir même, nous vous avons contacté, nous avons nous aussi une vie professionnelle! bonne continuation à vous
