Housing
The apartment is located in a green setting to allow you to recharge your batteries. It has just been completely refurbished. It is equipped with branded and quality products to make you feel at home! It can accommodate up to 6 adults in a calm and peaceful environment.
Are you coming to rest? Bedroom 1 has a real double bed (190 cm x 140 cm) fitted with a hotel-quality mattress (15 cm), to ensure a restful sleep. The bed is already made when you arrive and you just have to slip under the duvet. We can add a baby cot on request. You have a wardrobe to store your clothes and accessories for more comfort. A reading armchair which can be transformed into a bed (120 cm x 200 cm x 10 cm) and can accommodate two additional people (mostly children).
Bedroom 2 offers you 2 single beds with, here again hotel quality mattresses (15 cm) and a wardrobe with wardrobe for your belongings.
You will have to work during your stay? We have installed an office area in the bedroom to work in peace.
Do you want to prepare good meals during your stay? We have everything planned! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for basic cooking (oil, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, pots and pans, paper towels, tea towels, etc.), as well as household appliances:
- fridge / freezer 262 liters, large enough to store all the fresh products of your stay,
- multifunction oven microwave / convection / grill / defrost,…. to simply reheat your dishes or prepare pies and roasts,…
- 3-burner induction hob, for faster cooking,
- extractor hood, for cooking without persistent odors,
- dishwasher 13 place settings, to enjoy your stay without the chore of washing up,
- coffee maker, toaster, kettle, for breakfasts like at home!
A table with chairs then allows you to comfortably savor all the delicious dishes you have prepared. All the necessary dishes are available. A children's high chair can be made available upon prior request.
Do you want a cocooning stay? The living room will allow you to take care of yourself. It is provided:
- a sofa convertible into a double bed with a 15 cm mattress, for better comfort,
- a 49-inch (123 cm) 4K flat-screen TV, to watch your favorite shows even during your stay,
- a real free wifi internet connection, to keep in touch with your loved ones, watch YouTube videos, ...,
- a mini HiFi system to listen to your favorite music.

- DVDs and games for adults and children are available to keep you occupied and enjoy your stay even on rainy days!

Are you coming for a slightly longer stay and don't want to be too busy for your trip? Take only what you need, everything is provided and you also have a washing machine and dryer to wash your clothes. You can then iron them if you wish. Everything you need is available.
Do you want to take care of yourself? The brand new separate bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel radiator and WC. Shower gels and shampoo, hand wash, toilet paper and hand towels are provided. A hair dryer is at your disposal for a toilet, just like at home taking the time!
The exterior includes a garden and a private forest, accessible but shared with us and the other tenants. You are in a beautiful, serene and relaxing setting, a haven of peace, but close to the city and its amenities for an easy everyday life.
Private outdoor parking is available (but shared with the other tenants), as well as many free spaces on the street. It is always very easy to park.

You have access to the entire accommodation: living room / living room, kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 2, bathroom and entrance hall.
