Lovely 3BR/2BA near Heavenly. 30 day minimum booking at a terrific nightly rate!

**Local rental ordinance requires a 30-day minimum rental but feel free to book 30 days at this affordable rate and come and go as you like! Enjoy a ~30% off season discount mid-April to mid-June because Tahoe is beautiful year round.**

Comfortable and clean 3BR/2BA House in wonderful Skyland Neighborhood. Walk to nearby trails and beaches. 10-15 minute drive to Heavenly Village.

Lovely all seasons. Winter - skiing, sledding, gorgeous walks to the lake. Fall - small crowds, amazing clean air, gorgeous walks in the national forest across the street. Summer - swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and enjoying the neighborhood private beach. Spring - still skiing/boarding if we're lucky, beautiful scenery and flowers beginning to bloom.

This is our family vacation cabin - it is not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable and in a terrific location for walks in the forest or to the lake and quick trips to Heavenly Village skiing, restaurants and family fun. Open kitchen/dining/living area perfect for hanging out, with pool table and access to back deck. Sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms, 2 baths (one a larger master bedroom with ensuite bathroom). Other nice amenities include washer/dryer, roomy back deck, spa and enclosed yard. Dogs are welcome however we ask a higher $500 cleaning fee which goes directly to our cleaner.

Tesla charger available.

House next door (3BR/2.5BA) is also available for rent if you have a large family group and want to stay close.

Local rental ordinance requires a 30-day minimum rental but feel free to book 30 days at this affordable rate and come and go as you like! All utilities included and dogs are welcome. $300 cleaning fee every 30 days/$500 if you have dogs. We are happy to schedule an additional cleaning during your stay upon request.

We are a family living full time in the SF Bay Area and have been taking trips to Tahoe for over 50 years. We love absolutely everything Lake Tahoe has to offer, indoors and out. We love having a comfortable place to go in Tahoe, but it seems silly to let it sit unused and unenjoyed when we cannot be there, so we love renting it out to others who want to enjoy this wonderful area.

Why they chose this property

Zephyr Cove is one of our favorite spots on the lake and we feel lucky to have a home in this peaceful neighborhood on the lake side of the highway, so close to the forest and just a few blocks from the private beach and lake.

What makes this property unique

Our house is not fancy, but it is clean and comfortable and just a great spot to vacation from. We welcome dogs and often visit the house with our own. It's an affordable spot for this otherwise more expensive and lovely neighborhood.
