Our family took our first vacation in years to Pigeon Forge for Thanksgiving. We stayed at the Dancing Bear. The cabin is beautiful with amazing views. It was clean and very spacious...perfect to accommodate our party of 8. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils, allowing us to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. We enjoyed watching holiday classics on the large screen in the theater room. Our party ranged from 14 to 75. There was something for everyone to enjoy. We had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this location.

My family including a 5 year old, 1 year old, mother, and grandparents enjoyed our quiet stay at the Dancing Bears Cabin. The property was exceptionally clean and had beautiful scenes overlooking the Great Smokey Mountains. We had zero issues with the cabin during our stay. Each bathroom had complimentary soaps and shampoos and tissues which was nice. Some constructive criticism I can offer is that we wished there was a fire pit or outdoor area to roast marshmallows (we noticed some of the neighboring cabins had these). Additionally, the showerheads could use an upgrade to improve water pressure. The pillows were wonderfully soft and plenty of sheets and towels were provided although we would have preferred softer mattresses. Just a thought, but an installed baby gate at the top of the stairs would have been nice (Because of the log style stair rails, a pop up baby gate would not have worked). With a 1 year old, we had to practically hold her hand constantly if she wasn't in the pop up play area we brought with us. For guests with crawling or learning-to-walk infants this may be a deterrent from selecting this cabin.
It was a nice cabin, needs a little more attention for cleanliness, exhaust vents dusty, collection of dead insects in chandelier globes. Maintenance issue was loose staircase railing . Just for the price thought wouldn’t have easily found issues.Otherwise nice , quiet and would stay again.
Our family of three generations, enjoyed our stay. It has nice views of the mountains and is only a few minutes from the activity on the Parkway. You can see some of the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony. We did have a bear visit one morning!
Beautiful home with great view and a convenient location to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. The two level floor plan would work well for two groups, or one group with kids and adults, that want to be together but also value quiet time.
This cabin was super spacious, conveniently located to anything you could want to go to. The roads leading to the cabin weren’t super awful and the property itself was clean, full of plenty things to make you comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any cookware you could need. Our family enjoyed our stay and everyone had plenty of room to spread out.
This is by far the nicest cabin our family has ever stayed in. All the rooms were very spacious. Wonderful family room and open kitchen and dining rooms. However, we pushed the two picnic tables together and ate on the deck most of the time. The view was just amazing!! We will def stay there again!

Quiet spot.
Could have been a little cleaner. Refrigerator shelf broke off when we put drinks in it in the kitchen. Faucet was leaking on top of the sink in the master bathroom. Pool cues not in the best shape. Grass had not been cut. Beds were decently comfortable. Plenty of linens available. Very spacious. Decent views of mountains. Decent water pressure throughout the house. Plenty of silverware/cooking utensils.
This property is stunning. Everything was laid out very well. It was fairly close to all the amenities of pigeon Forge. Unfortunately, we were all on motorcycles and it was a bit hectic, getting up the hills into the cabin with a motorcycle. As well as our trucks, pulling trailers with motorcycles on them. Est by car.
We booked this property for its proximity to pigeon forge and all of the activities. We also wanted a cabin that fit our 12 people. We really enjoyed the open living space, the hot tub, and the theater room. The views from the balconies are amazing. We would stay at this cabin again.
Our family, consisting of 12 members, had a wonderful stay. The house was absolutely beautiful, was very well appointed and had plenty of room for all of us. The teenagers especially made good use of both the theater room and the pool table. Wonderful location, close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. We even saw a bear cub chase the trash truck and its Mama appeared and climbed the tree at the cabin below us. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property!!
From the beginning of the booking process to the Check-out procedure, Eden Crest made this experience of renting a vacation home by a first time renter, stress free. Every important and unimportant question was answered with great courtesy. The home, Dancing Bear Lodge, was absolutely beautiful! It was a place for our married children to join us for a weekend of making memories. With a couple of days filled with sightseeing the beautiful Great Smokey Mountains, the home was a place to come together to relax, laugh, and enjoy each other. The home was so very clean with many extras. The hot tub, movie theater room, arcade game, pool table, fire places were enjoyed by all. This was the first time to rent a vacation home, and it won't be the last. I will gladly go through Eden Crest rental again. More memories need to be made. Thank you!
The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, near all the attractions and very drive-able in the Tennessee mountains. The pool table and video game were big hits. The kitchen is fully equipped. Suggest you bring coffee filters, round 12-cup (not cones). There is a Keurig as well, so bring pods. We recommend this property and would rent it again.
We chose to stay at Eden Crest's Dancing Bear Lodge because it was closer to home. Booking online and driving to the door for virtual check-in were very convenient. This amazing cabin is well-equipped with very nice features. We were able to relax & enjoy nature as if we were far off from society. It was a place of solitude on a road less traveled.
