This place is wonderful! Absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of rooms and so many beds. The rooms are big and the whole cabin feels so big and spacious. The hot tub was great and we had such a wonderful time. I will be booking this cabin again in the future!

We had a fantastic trip!! The cabin was great and very clean!! The hot tub was great too!! We wish the pool was available to use; but we understand that repairs could not be completed before our arrival. It was overall a great experience; our family loved our trip and would recommend!! Thank you.

Everything was perfect the kiddo's loved the pool and the home is so beautiful.. the porches was amazing to be out on and look over and see the woods.. kiddo's was very excited to see a mama bear and 2 cubs... definitely we will rent again...

Pool was not available, arcade game didn't work, no tv in the bedroom upstairs and it showed one on the sightCouldn't get much help when reaching out, it seemed like just no one really wanted to help with our needs. First time using vrbo and probably be our last

We had an amazing stay! The house is beautiful, in a great location and has everything you need. The owner welcomed us and the contact person at the rental agency was very responsive to messages. This home was perfect for our family Thanksgiving!

Great place with plenty of room and not in the city

We loved our stay at Mountain Haven. There was so much to enjoy in the cabin. It’s a quick drive to the city attractions, but we loved that it was a quiet, peaceful location away from the commotion. Would love to return to this cabin!

Everything was well kept and clean. We had a great time even though half of our group wasn’t able to make it due to an illness.It is easy access from the property to the main parkway where all the shops and attractions are.

The host was great! We love the places and the spaces. We were disappointed in the hot tube because we could not get it to work, and the heat was not keeping it cool up stairs and last the tube water pressure could have been a lot more hot. We would be glad to come back and stay again

Beautiful cabin, lovely neighborhood. Just far enough off the main drag but still close enough where we were in and out multiple times daily. Our kids absolutely loved the downstairs area with theatre room, pool table, games, and pool. It was nice for them to have their own space. We loved it here and hope to come back!!

The cabin exceeded our expectations! Great layout and had plenty to keep our kids busy. Everything was in immaculate condition and very clean. The owners were amazing and were available for any questions we had. We'd definitely rent this cabin again and rent from this owner again!! They definitely made our trip SO much better!

The host at the property was great overall simple easy check in. The property was very clean. Its is secluded not to close to town but only a 25 min. Drive to pigeon forge. Was exactly what we was looking for.

This stay was extremely disappointing and not as advertised. The pool railing was loose, which is a serious safety hazard and liability. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, and we didn’t realize it until one of us attempted to use it and ended up falling.The home also did not appear to be properly cleaned upon arrival. The hot tub was dirty and unusable, and there was mold present in the bathroom.

Family Time

This home was awsome. Our family had such a good time. You dont never have to leave the place. They have games and so much more. The pool was alittle cold but we didnt care to pass on the pool. Very close to Peigon Forge and still out in the county. It can actually accommodate 4 cars which is a plus . We will rent again!

I've never given less than five stars but, this one was mixed for us. Positives- lovely home, beautiful setting, well equipped kitchen and very clean. Negatives- some safety concerns such as wobbly kitchen stools, loose handrails on the stairway and in the pool. The AC didn't work and even in the spring with the windows open is was 80 degrees inside. The upstairs bedroom door didn't latch so, we couldn't close it. The hot tub was a warm tub with minimal jets. Fuses blew several times.

My family trip

This place was exactly what you see in the pictures. Very clean, spacious and beautiful!!!My family had the best time there. Everything you can think of doing was at the most 30 minutes away! The pool is the only downside. It was a very nice pool however the room is heated not the pool. The water was too cold to swim. The kids still tried though. Highly recommend. I will be booking again!

Beautiful inside and out

We came down for Spring Break to get out of Michigan. Last time we came down, we brought our camper. This was a shorter trip so we decided to check out VRBO! This house is amazing! Clean, decorated beautifully, with everything we needed to stay for 5 days! The communication was on point since day one! We had so much room and my two teen boys loved this house! The hot tub and pool were a necessity for the kids and ourself! We will be back to rent again. Easy. Smooth and everyone was so nice!

Beautiful, clean home, close to everything

We just got back from staying in this home. Check in/check out were easy. Owners were very responsive. Home was clean and bright. Kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we did eat there. Pool basketball and hoop were great to have for the kids since the pool is small. The kids had plenty to do while at the house with the comfy movie room, pool table, and arcade game. Beds were comfy. Location couldn’t get any better, we were hidden in the mountains but only a 20-30 min drive to almost everything. We did Pigeon Forge/Dollywood, Gaitlinburg, hikes in the National Park. Also, there is Wildside, which is only a 5 min drive from the property. We did a UTV ride and loved it! They have zip lining/mountain biking to name a few. Definitely recommend this home for your next vacation to Pigeon Forge area.

The house was nice but the hot tub had a leak which they did send someone to fix. But we had a leak with water pouring from the ceiling from the bathtub and when I called them they told me they had no one on call and we would be a priority in the morning. We turned off the water to that bathroom and never saw anyone when we left on Sunday and this happened on Tuesday. The hot tub only got used once because I had to contact them where it turned green and was told someone would be out to check it no one ever showed up. They did refund some of my money but I am still in shock, we had water pouring down the walls and thru the ceiling and they had no one they could send out til the morning! I was afraid to turn the lights on until it dried out! I just hope they get someone to fix it before it completely ruins the house.
