Overall, we had a great experience. We had a couple of maintenance issues - one the pool had green stuff floating in it and they sent someone the same day to correct. They found a ball stuck in the system and the pieces were coming from it. They handled it quickly. The other issue was the hot tub wasn't getting hot. We called in the evening and the following morning they sent maintenance to check on it. By the time they arrived it was hot but the maintenance technician checked everything while he was there just in case there was something else wrong . Oh, we had a smoke detector battery die and they sent someone quickly to address it. The management team was very responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. The cabin was clean

Some problems

1.-The water in the pool was cold. 2.-Part of the kitchen was not electricity for 24 hrs. I'm not electrician and the office tell me "The breaker box is on the right side of the house outside. Everything is labeled. "

Would not stay with the host again

The cabin had great potential but issues and the management company ruined it. When we arrived the basketballs all had holes in them, the basketball game's batteries were dead, and the pool was no up to temperature. We noticed water leaking out of the pool pump room. The pool pump then stopped running and the heater stopped. Contacted the management company and they sent a general maintenance worker the next day. He was very nice but confirmed the pump was bad and the management company could not get a pool repair company until the following day. The pool repair company came out and was there 4 hour were we could not use the game room and could not leave. The pool then took 5-8 hours to warm back up. We had a properly functioning pool for 1 out of 4 days of our stay and the company only offered 139 in compensation. I called and got an additional 100 which I believe is still unacceptable. The refund should have been based on a cabin with pool and without a pool and a much larger refund.
