This was a great place for our large family! The location is fabulous for visiting Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains. There is so much to do!The host was responsive. The place was comfortable with nice amenities. The pool was very cold; the pool guy came and turned up the temperature at our request but we couldn't tell a difference the entire stay. We could only stay in the pool a short time and our youngest wouldn't go in at all. The kitchen items are well used with many plates and glasses chipped. The host quickly ordered coffee mugs once I explained that there were only four. The downstairs king bed is very soft and the sheets kept coming off in the night, but the rest of our party was happy with the bedrooms upstairs. The queen bunks were a nice set up! The hot tub was warm and enjoyable although a few of the buttons no longer function. The home is set in a neighborhood with many other rentals. The parking was convenient. There was a loud party at the neighbors until 3am which kept a few of us awake due to the noise, but the host informed the owners and it was quiet thereafter. We would stay here again. The pros definitely outweighed the few inconveniences. We loved the area. Southern hospitality is REAL!
It was a nice place to stay. The pool and hot tub were great. It was very clean. Only a few minor things that probably need attention. The coffee mugs all had chips in them. The top bunkbed needs some attention, the one support bar was broken. The AC stopped working on the upper floor, I contacted the owner and he had a repair person out the next morning to fix it. It was uncomfortable for those sleeping upstairs that night, since it was in the upper 90's that day, It was fine the rest of the week. We had 9 adults staying there for the week so there was a lot of trash for only 2 cans and the trash was not picked up during the week so we had to stuff it full. All in all it was a very nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.
We were very nervous about the stay as we had never been to Pigeon Forge and had no idea what to expect. The minute we arrived with our four young grandsons and their parents (4 children/6 adults) screamed with delight at the sight of the sparkling indoor pool. They jumped in and swam for hours. We had to cancel dinner plans because they didn't want to leave the house. After swimming, they enjoyed the hot tub and were THRILLED with the NBA free standing arcade. Adjacent to the NBA was PAC-MAN that brought back many great memories for the adults. The home is cozy and roomy. The three bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the two families/kids and we had a more private/quiet room downstairs. The home was nicely decorated, but very casual and perfect for children. The porches (each floor) provided a great view for animal watching. The kitchen had a huge, wooden table perfect for family meals. We could not have asked for a better weekend and accomodations. We were minutes from everything and a Publix was right down the road. Thank you to our host. We will be back!
We absolutely loved the cabin! Very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was spot on. The indoor pool was wonderful. Check in/out process was easy. The property owner was available to answer any questions. We definitely would stay here again.
