Welcome to BEARADISE BLISS, 2600 SQ FT 4 bedroom POOL CABIN, 1.5 miles from Pigeon Forge Parkway and 5 miles from Dollywood. Enjoy the beautiful Smoky Mountain and many attractions nearby all day and return to our cozy cabin to relax. Swim all year around in your own private heated indoor pool or relax in our 7 seater hot tub. Amenities include dedicated parking for 2 cars plus, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grill, 2 arcade games/air hockey, and comfortably sleeps 12!

*Basement: Queen over queen bunkbed with private bathroom, private indoor pool, 7-seater hot tub on private porch with outdoor fireplace and smart TV. Also has a common area with TV and queen sleeper sofa and Ms PacMan arcade and Street Fighter arcade.

(Food items are not provided due to international Covid travel guideline. We recommend guest to stock up supplies before arrival)

★ LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron

★ AMENITIES:
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, travel size shampoo/conditioner/body shampoo/bar soap, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

★ TRASH:
Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container in front parking area. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups.

★ HOT TUB AND POOL:
Private Hot Tub for 7
Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Private Indoor Pool
We have an indoor heated pool, the temperature is preset to a lukewarm temperature (about 84 degrees). Please note that any activity during use of property and especially in the pool is the responsibility of the renter. All adults must be physically present in the pool room with their children. Please keep the pool door locked at all times when not in use. Pool is 4 ft deep, and absolutely No Diving is allowed. We are not responsible for any negligence or accidents during the stay.

PacMan, Street Fighter in common area in basement and Air hockey table in Loft upstairs

★ SECURITY:
Ring floodlight security camera at the front entrance (please do not touch)
NO Indoor Cameras

★ PETS: ALLOWED WITH RESTRICTIONS
House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment center. We ask guests to bring pet cage/enclosure to keep under control.

★ SMOKING:
We do not allow smoking indoors

★ FIRES:
Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

★ REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters. We do not give refunds due to weather conditions, late arrivals, early departures, guests' fear of driving in the mountains, nor power outages. If you feel you may have travel concerns, we suggest purchasing Travel/Cancellation Insurance through a carrier of your choice for added peace of mind. Snow chain or 4 x 4 wheel is strongly recommended during the winter months from November to March.

Grand Kids vacation Trip

My grand kids spend most of the time in the pool and Hot Tub. They loved the bunk beds and the game room. By far this cabin had it all and was very comfortable.

Everything about this cabin was just perfect. If anything, the pictures don't do it justice. The place was so cozy and relaxing and even though there were neighbors, we still felt secluded and had all the privacy we wanted. The location of the cabin was soooo convient, we were literally 3 minutes from the main strip which had everything we wanted. Extra bonus- door dash was avaliable for the moments when we didn't want to leave the cabin. The indoor pool was so much fun at night with the purple lights, very relaxing and perfect water temperature... hot tub was probably our favorite in the cool mornings to start the day. Air hockey table, smart tvs, arcade games, comfy couches and beds...honestly the perfect vacation just staying in the cabin. The hosts were fantastic, checked in on us and made sure everything was to our liking, asked if we needed anything, they were so nice! My husband and I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful Cabin and great hosts

Family came in for family reunion and this cabin was perfect. Loved the pool and hot tub. Deck in back was perfect for hanging out and even got to watch the squirrels playing in the trees. Hosts were super responsive and helpful to every question. Close to all attractions just off the parkway but still quiet. And great view of the fireworks at Dollywood every night. Definitely recommend.

Location was convenient to town but far enough away for some mountain feel. Plenty of space for everyone. Houses are very close p and parking is tight. Extra sets of towels and washcloths would have been helpful.

Great Place

We loved our stay at this property. The hosts were very responsive and easily reachable. Not that we needed them, because everything we needed was supplied without us having to ask. Easy access to the main drag (it only took us about 10 min to get to anything we did, including most mountain coasters, go karts, and dinner shows). My kids enjoyed their little cove in the first level and we used the pool every day! Thank you 😊

Family Weekend Trip

This rental was lovely. The indoor pool and hot tub were the main attractions. Location was close to the main strip. It'a within a group of cabins, but there weren't very many neighbors at the time we stayed. Interior is nicely furnished and designed. Lots of wood and good lighting give it a nice warm cabin feeling (rather than just a regular house). One negative is that the air hockey table did not seem to be of the greatest quality and the puck was pretty damaged, so it was really playable. But that wasn't a big deal for us.

Good Vacation Rental

We had a lot of fun staying here for our vacation. The kids loved the air hockey, arcade machines, and indoor pool. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night even though it doesn't overlook the mountains. We liked that it was conveniently located in Pigeon Forge so it was close to pretty much everything and about half way between Sevierville and Gatlinburg. I would say the only improvement would be if it was stocked with 2 ply toilet paper instead of 1 ply. Also, the main level and basement share an hvac system and it was noticeably warmer downstairs than on the main level. We had to keep the tstat pretty low at night to make sure the kids, in the basement, were comfortable. Neither of these things affected our stay or enjoyment.

Super close, but far enough to relax.

We had an amazing stay. Communication was above and beyond. Home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. When approaching the main strip- it puts you in a great, central location. Driving towards the home you pass the police station and its up the hill in a nice area. Felt very safe and enjoyed my walks with the dog. Was requested to bring a crate for use when we left for activities, which was no problem. Pool and hot tub were heated and ready for use when we arrived. Great temp, very warm. Beds were very comfortable (we used all but the twin beds). Extra blankets for movie nights were a plus. The rocking chairs on the deck were used and enjoyed. There was a rooster somewhere close by, which I enjoyed hearing every morning. Our teens used the nook by the air hockey table far more than I thought they would. I even took a video call there. Reception at the house was very good. Utilized the dish washer, washing machine, dryer, video games, pool, hot tub, and internet with ease. Furniture was relaxing. Plenty of space at the table for the puzzles we brought and to enjoy our meals. Used Door Dash several times to this location with ease, as well. Check out was as simply as setting the thermostat, taking out the trash, and turning off the lights. My children said this was one of the best vacation homes we've ever stayed. Our family would happily stay here again!

Family Trip

Perfect cabin experience with indoor pool and hot tub to enjoy when we got back from exploring the Smoky Mountains and all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer! The house was very clean and had everything we needed including washer and dryer! Our hosts replied within minutes of any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.
