BeachCrest 406 has a magnificent view of the beach from the 4th floor and it’s as alluring on the inside as it is outside. With the calming colors of the sea, this west end condominium offers a promise of paradise! This condo has a beautiful kitchen updated with crisp white cabinets and cool blue mosaic tiles. Enjoy king beds in both bedrooms and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master suite features balcony access and a private en-suite bathroom with large shower.

Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and a Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great Beach

Nice place but could be SO MUCH BETTER with just a little effort!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice condo in a great location. If the management put like less that $100 into bettering the experience for the customer it would be perfection! Giving 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods (that dont even work), NO SALT OR PEPPER OR COOKING OIL OR ANY CONDIMENTS!, cooking pans were rusty and warped so bad that you couldn't cook on them, Knives were so dull that you could barely use them. All these things are small details but make such a difference! Also, a HUGE cockroach went strolling across our floor during the stay! YUCK!
