About this property

This beautiful, exceptionally maintained eighth floor condominium boasts a well appointed kitchen, with sleek cabinets and granite counter tops, a glass back splash and high quality stainless steel appliances. BeachCrest 804 has wood-grain tile throughout, done in a beautiful herringbone pattern.

Both bathrooms are well kept and both have marble surrounds. The master has a walk-in shower and the guest bath has a tub, both have fresh and functional vanities. Pocket doors close off the guest bedroom and bath for a private suite. All the beds offer comfy mattresses and luxurious bedding. There are 3 TV’s with DVD players and all TV’s have cable hook-up.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed and balcony access. Private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a sleeper sofa.

Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, great building. The unit/management is just ok. Several issues with plumbing--bathtub doesn't drain, dishwasher backs up into sink. Couch is stained and well past its best days. Asked management for more than one roll of TP and a garbage bag and was offered a partially used roll. One extra blanket for three beds. Its a very basic set up, so if you are used to a property that provides a more "comforts of home" experience, be aware.

We absolutely love the unit. The property is amazing. Seaside and Santa Rosa are some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. The perfect relaxation ang just what we needed.
