In the heart of La Chaume, our 110 m2 furnished 3-star hotel is located near the channel where the famous Vendée Globe race start will take place on November 8, 2020.
Its location allows you to discover all the advantages of a large seaside resort on foot or by bike. 400m from all shops, restaurants and the market, everything is there in the pure Chaumoise tradition. You will appreciate the proximity of the wild coast, the beaches, our superb alleys lined with hollyhocks while enjoying as you wish the many events that make the Sables d'Olonne famous.
Very spacious and comfortable, our rental will be the starting point for successful holidays, the tranquility of the neighborhood guarantees you a more refreshing stay.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!

Location de plein pied, au calme. Accueil et organisation impeccable. A 5 minutes à pied de la côte sauvage et du port avec tous les restaurants. Boulangerie à 2 minutes.

Het was echt een mooi schoon huis met alles erop en eraan. Het meubilair zit er mss wat oudbollig uit maar het geheel klopt. Bedden opgemaakt bij aankomst genoeg handdoeken en keukenlinnen. Gastvrouw is echt super aardig. Verder een mooie omgeving zoals je verwacht van de westkust. Vriendelijke mensen in dit gedeelte van Frankrijk. Genoeg eetgelegenheden, stranden en winkels. Prima verblijf voor een week!

De l'accueil sympathique avec petits cadeaux de bienvenue en passant par le confort de la maison, le matériel et les consommables ménagers, les informations touristiques, la situation près des plages et de la piscine d'eau de mer, le marché de la Chaume, ......la propreté de l'environnement, la gentillesse des habitants nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location surtout si vous voulez être au calme, dans un endroit authentique...petites maisons de pêcheurs ... tout en étant à proximité des sites de loisirs

On a fait beaucoup de locations en France. La plupart décevante. Celle-ci est simplement hors du commun. Espaces très généreux, équipements de 1ère qualité, meubles précieux, vaisselle à profusion, literie super confortable, produits de 1ère nécessité en quantité, vélos mis à disposition, etc., etc. Propreté impeccable dans les moindres recoins. L'emplacement de la maison à La Chaume, centre historique des Sables d'Olonne, est idéale. Il permet l'accès aisé à toutes les plages de la région et à tous les points d'intérêt. Propriétaires charmants, très instructifs, et répondant très vite à quoi que ce soit. Rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Vivement recommandé.
