Quiet holiday in the center of Porto, Bolhao metro with private garage

Located in the center of Porto, next to the metro Bolhão and Rua de Santa Catarina, top floor studio with lots of natural light! It has fantastic views of the city and the mountains. Very quiet place without noise with complete privacy.

Metro line E is direct from the airport to Bolhão station, taking just a few minutes.
Furnished and fully equipped studio.

The studio has two beds that can be double or twin, plus the possibility of a third person sleeping on the sofa bed.
The Brazilian hammock is situated over the window with a fantastic view of the city.
There is also a dining area. table and 4 chairs .. In the kitchen area there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave with barbecue, coffee maker, water heater, iron cleaner and other cooking utensils for cooking., LCD TV, Hi-Fi, books, CDs are included.

The apartment includes bed linen and towels.
Private space for cars, bicycles or motorcycles in the private garage with toilet and direct elevator access, can be rented separately as an extra, please contact.
Additional pet fee and damage deposit will be requested

Achei a localização do apto muito boa, próxima à tudo, tem um mercadinho na esquina para comprar frutas, também tem o mercado do bolhão, onde tem uma variedade de frutas, vinhos, peixes etc... também é próximo à rua Catarina onde tem bastante lojas e movimento, e em Porto conseguimos fazer tudo a pé desde lá. Em relação ao apto foi bom, adoramos a rede e o espaço. Pontos positivos: perto do centro, elevador, estacionamento, limpeza. Pontos negativos: valor do estacionamento (15euros/dia), local de tomar banho muito pequeno e acaba molhando o chão do banheiro

Apartamento no centro do Porto, espaço muito bem decorado e limpo e bem equipado. A garagem privada no prédio é perfeita, porque é difícil de arranjar etacionamento Fomos muito bem recebidos, recomendo este apartamento sem hesitação! Obrigado Marcelo
