Bel emplacement mais logement trop vieillot.

La maison est bien située par rapport à lacanau océan (5 min de vélo) mais est trop rustique surtout pour le prix payé. Le canapé du salon (en osier) est inconfortable même si des mousses cache misère ont été mis. Il mérite d être changé ainsi que les fauteuils également en osier qui ne servent à rien dans la configuration actuelle (trop volumineux qui empêchent de circuler dans le petit salon ). Pour le couchage, le lit du bas est également à changer car on a l impression de ressentir les ressorts. Seule la salle de de douche est correcte et l une des chambres du haut également. Il faudrait également changer les ustensiles de cuisines car elles sont pour une bonne partie très usés si ce n est abimés ( casseroles et poêles). On a passé malgré tout une bonne semaine car la plage et les balades en vélos sont vraiment à côté.
