Steps from beautiful sandy beach and water views from all bedrooms. Fully equipped home including bed linens. Three charming bedrooms (1 brand new Saatva queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 2 twin beds). Home sleeps 6 in beds with additional pull-out couch for additional 2 . Tennis, basketball and daily kids camp available throughout summer months. Thursday night movies on beach and Friday night concerts. Close proximity to Mystic, Old Saybrook and Newport Rhode Island (55 mins). Steps from beach, community pavilion and marina.

Recently purchased home by new owner. Many new updates and enhancements (new beds and furniture). Cottage is very family friendly and very clean. Steps away from beautiful private beach in highly desirable "Point O Woods" beach community. Great location.

The location to amazing community beach is excellent. House porch overlooks small boat marina and beach boardwalk. Smell fresh ocean breeze from each room.
