About this property

City Comfort - Country Flair

This is our personal home for 10 plus years and we would like to share this beautiful home with you as we travel. This house is located in a small secluded, quiet neighborhood on a one acre wooded lot. It is about 10 minute drive to BOK and downtown Tulsa, 15-20 minutes to Tulsa Expo Center and Gathering Place. Keystone Lake is about 10 minutes away, Osage Casino 3 minutes, and the recently renovated, including new greens and bunkers is the Canyons Golf Course 2 minutes away and local dining and shopping within 5 minutes including Walmart. There is 30' above ground pool with large deck. The patio has a real wood fire pit (wood is provided), a gas grill, two tables and chairs, patio lighting, and chiminea. It is a great place for eating, visiting around the fire, s’mores or a grilled burger or steak. Pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The hot tub is seasonal and closed during summer months. A Ring doorbell and security cameras are installed in the front of the property for your protection and our peace of mind. There are no other security cameras in the house or in the back yard. We have a limit of 8 guests allowed on the property. Additional visiting guests must be pre-approved by owners.

AMAZING!

It felt as if we were visiting friends. They thought of everything, from extra pool towels to a well stocked kitchen and pantry. Everything was so clean. My Granddaughter and i enjoyed the pool every chance we got. It's a very nice, quiet neighborhood, it felt as if we were in the country. I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

We came to Tulsa for a concert at the BOK Center and we loved this house. Close proximity to BOK, quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and my daughter loved the swingset in the back yard. We also loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. One of the cleanest homes we have ever rented. We hope to come back again.
