Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Place used towels in the laundry room
Return thermostat temperature to 78 in warm months and 64 in cold months- if AC and heater were used or just turn off.
If staying on a Sunday take the trash bins to the curb.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
