Great location and stay

House was perfect for a large family. Owner was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this house. It is also a great location, convenient to stores, activities and in safe neighborhood.

the house was very clean and in a good location. we had family in the area but they did ot have enough room so we rented this house. lots of room for all of us. the pool would have been great if the weather would have cooperated. very easy check in process and equally easy check out process.

Perfect Gathering Place!

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather! There were bedrooms for everyone and the common areas inside and out worked great for entertaining our large group. The host was prompt with communication and very accommodating.

Guys Golf Weekend

The location, space, layout, and pool/ backyard were fantastic! We were a group of 8 50+ guys that made full use of the grill, pool, garage, and dining/ living areas. There were a couple of minor inconveniences (a bed too soft, slight water leak, no trash bags) but nothing that came close to ruining the experience. Communications and responsiveness of the owner were outstanding! We would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

This home fit our needs perfectly and we would visit again in the future. We had plenty of space to have family members that live in the area get together as a group. The amenities are as stated in the site. There were a couple small issues but the property manager was very responsive. The inside of the house was clean except for some expired items left in the refrigerator that we cleaned out so no one accidentally used them. Also, it did seem that the outside area had not been checked recently as there were personal items left around the pool area. All other was very good and we would stay again in the future if the property is available.

Approaching our review from a value perspective. Location and neighborhood are excellent as was communication with manager. Check-in was flawless. Clean property inside. Bedding and towels were good but many of the mattresses are ready to be replaced. The outdoor furniture and grill are pretty heavily used. Expect those to nicer for the money. Diving board on its last legs...pool itself very nice. Private backyard with nice shade.

ORU Graduation 2025

We were there for our daughter's graduation from ORU nursing. We hung out in the backyard and enjoyed the pool and BBQ. Kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen ware. The location was close to everything, just 7 minutes from ORU.Our Host Micheal was very responsive to my text's and when I had asked about a teapot for my visit, He made sure I had one!I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family!

Nice house

We rented this house to allow the whole family to stay together. The house was fine, though it could use some updating. The upstairs air conditioning wasn’t working properly but fortunately, it wasn’t unbearably hot during our stay.

Great Stay with lots of Room

This was a wonderful house for my large family to stay in. Everyone had room and bathroom access, and we loved the master bath. It was in a great area with lots of access to everything we needed that weekend. Although it was cold during our visit, the backyard and pool looked very inviting. We would love to come back during warm weather to enjoy the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals, and the dining room and study were perfect for us to sit and enjoy each other's company.

Quiet neighborhood

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. It worked well for us since it was close to our family member who lives a short drive away. We want to visit in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the large backyard and pool. Everyone was very comfortable during our stay. Thank you!

Wow! I mean really wow! This was such a great choice for us! Beautiful, Clean, Comfortable and so much more welcoming than a hotel room we normally have to stay in while working in the area.
