This house is absolutely amazing! So much room for the extended family to spread out. Lots to do on the HUGE property: hiking; kayaking; pingpong, pool table, theater room, games. A true gem to get away from the rush. Host was extremely helpful and responsive, even when the issue was pilot error. We would highly recommend to others.

The space was amazing. Plenty of space. A well furnished house with many games to play and outdoor stuff to do. The property is beautiful. However, attention to some of the details would have made it a much better experience. Overall, responsive host and lots of space.

Roomy, secluded, dwelling. Modern facilities and great features that accommodate a large family or group. Clean and well kept. We had an all family gathering and annual getaway and this worked out perfectly. Hopefully we can come backin the future.

The pool table, ping pong table, basketball goal and media room were a hit! There was plenty of room for the entire family, we appreciated the pack n play and high chair. The recliners were enjoyed by the old people! The property is close to town but private! From great-grandparents to great-grandkids everyone wants to come again! To top it all off the fish were biting!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. All the king-sized beds were great and very comfortable. Everyone had a quiet place to retreat to after playing together outside all day. Awesome family getaway

We were in Tulsa for a sporting event at the Expo center. This house was perfect for our large family! Exactly as described pictures are very accurate. The whole family had a great time. The check in/out, and communication were easy. Everything is in the book or is labeled with instructions. Great place to relax and enjoy yourself.

The home is incredible. My son and his groomsmen had lots of fun fishing, playing basketball, playing video games, playing pool and hanging out. Could not have asked for a better home for all of them. Very spacious, clean, and perfect for the occasion! Would love to come back here again!

Our multi-generational family enjoyed a few days here. Amenities were perfect for all ages - spacious rooms and king-size beds for couples, high chair and pack & plays for small children, playroom and other sleeping-space options for kids, plenty of activities for everyone (playground equipment, tire swing, pond, kayak, pool table, ping pong table, some toys, media room, etc.). Beautiful, peaceful setting SO close and conveniently located to what we wanted to do. Everything was well-stocked (kitchen utensils, towels in bathrooms, etc.) Good space for seating in family room, big dining table and game table in kitchen area. Perfect weekend with family

When we arrived at 3pm the care taker was just taking off so we easily made our way into the house. The landscape was well taken care of and house was clean. We really enjoyed the pond and eating out on the deck with family and a few friends. The kids fished, kayaked, played basketball, jumped on the trampoline, swung on the tire swing and hung out in the theater room. It was the perfect place for a family with kids of all ages and the rooms were amazing with almost all of them having king sized beds. They also had all the items we needed for our 1.5 year old for bedding and eating. Also a plus that they had box fans in the rooms for whitenoise. They house it tucked away from everything and very secluded but only 10 mins from anything you might need. Would recommend staying here and most likely will come back.

Grand Tulsa Getaway

The house and property are beautiful. It was very relaxing and enjoyed much fishing in the pond. The booklet in the house needed to be updated and said the paddle boat and waterfall were available, however they were not. The walking trails were difficult to find as the booklet noted to not walk where there was uncut grass. Scott was very helpful in answering our questions and clarifying in a prompt manner. The house was clean for most part, but found a gooey black/green substance on windows by the loft. It looked like fungus, but it was easy to clean. There was lots of dust under the beds and in areas not walked. (For those who have allergies to dust) The front glass storm door had screws that kept coming out making the door difficult to close. These are minor issues, but wanted to note to address for those who stay next. Many in the family said this was their best vacation ever because of the beautiful home, the extra space to spread out, the activities that were provided on site and off site and the pond and fishing being so close. Thank you.

The house and booking process was all spot on. Great property, tons of room. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. Everything was clean and well cared for. We all had a great time! My only "dislike" was that there are only 2 TVs in the entire house. We found other things to do though, so no biggie. :) Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Family reunion

We really enjoyed this beautiful and secluded property. Our grandchildren loved the play equipment, the tire swing and seeing the wildlife. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Loved having four King sized beds. Media room was a hit on a rainy day. We visited the Discovery Lab and the kids had a blast there too. Management was responsive and helpful.
