The house was very clean and comfy. Our only suggestion coming from the master suite is that it would be nice to have a chair in the room….putting shoes on, sitting in the morning to watch TV. Just a suggestion! We enjoyed it as is! Thank you!

This house was more than what the pictures showed. The snow storm in January had us reschedulung. STEVE was so kind, always willing to answer questions or concerns and worked with us. Great area, close to many different restaurants and places to enjoy. Definitely was a wonderful weekend away with friends of 20 years.

The back door does NOT lock.There is NO HVAC vent in the bunk bed room upstairs. Has a few mice running around in the morning.Host called and talked to us about the temperature on the thermostat being "too low" and we think that he was changing the thermostat during the night. The hot tub was not usable because of a bad smell and had to be drained during our stay.King bed on the first floor has a significant slope to it. Over all not a bad experience, just a few things to note to let everyone be aware of and that can be fixed. The house was very clean and everything worked. Great kitchen for cooking

We take all maintenance feedback seriously and want to reassure future guests that our back door lock has been thoroughly inspected and is fully operational. When we discovered the hot tub was compromised by a previous reservation, we took immediate action to drain, sanitize, and refill it so it was ready for use by your second day. Regarding the thermostat, we do monitor systems remotely to prevent the HVAC units from freezing or suffering damage when set to extreme temperatures like 60 degrees. We appreciate your notes regarding the mattress and property upkeep, and we are working with our maintenance team to address these details right away.

“Perfect Getaway”

Nice house and location. Worked out perfect. If I could give any feedback, it would be the AC unit kept reverting back to 80ish degrees every couple of hours, while we were at the house and in the evening. Overall, great place.

Great location!

The home was in a great location for a family get together. We appreciated easy access to great grocery stores and other shopping resources; museums; and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the grill for outdoor birthday party for teen age boys and the hot tub for us “older folks!” Planning another family trip to Tulsa in the spring; so much more to explore!

Wknd getaway

This worked pretty great for our stay! We came to see our oldest and his wife and wanted a bigger place we could hang out, chill and play games. We did have pets. Only thing to note w/pets is only 1 bedroom is downstairs. And if more than 4 people there isn’t more comfy seating but our adult kids didn’t mind or care! We had a great wknd!

Nice place, neighbor had roosters

The only downside was that the neighbor had roosters that would crow at 5:30 in the morning. The place was beautiful and as advertised, though.
