Enjoy the comforts of home in the Luxury Ocean Villa, 217. This second floor studio villa has an exceptional, unobstructed ocean view from your private lanai. This unit is only 60 feet from the beach and a two minute walk from the newly remodeled Ritz Carlton at Turtle Bay.

Ocean Villa 217 amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, a printer, in unit washer/dryer, hair dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen - updated in 2024, a full size Miele fridge, and a new luxury king bed with Hotel Collection sheets. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a huge soaking tub. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, and coffee filters. Ocean Villa 217 also includes a reserved parking spot in a gated lot at no extra cost to guests. The parking spot is only steps away from the villa with easy elevator or stairway access.

Ocean Villa 217 comfortably sleeps 2-4 guests with its king sized bed and a high end American Leather Co. queen sleeper sofa with a cooling gel mattress.

Perfect Oceanfront condo

Beautifully furnished, perfectly clean condo located next to the Ritz Carlton on Turtle Bay. Sapphire supplied us with all the information we needed for an easy check in and even accommodated our request for early access.We loved the location so close to Roy’s and the cafe and bars at the Ritz. A very relaxing stay in a beautiful condo!

Home for the Holidays

So relaxing and beautiful accommodations! We have family in the west side and rarely make it to the north, but we allowed ourselves some private downtime, and it was well worth it before we saw our family! I’d love to go back!

The studio suite is exactly as advertised and afforded us the most amazing view of the ocean—perfect for a late breakfast on the patio and a quick walk to the beach for a sunset. Great for couples!

Perfect stay on the Notth Shore

Well appointed studio apartment with a view over the ocean. Close to the beach, trails and the facilities of the nearby Turtle Bay Resort. Perfect spot on the North Shore. Always a plus to stay in a place with its own kitchen and laundry facilities.

Anniversary Vacation

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful villa for 5 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The villa was well furnished with an awesome deck and view. The grounds were lovely and was nice that it is affiliated with the resort. Would definetly go back again.

Absolutely beautifully appointed and large “villa” with spectacular views of ocean from the lanai. Owners thought of everything when furnishing and supplying this place. It’s dreamy! Fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies and even desk with uber comfortable bed. Very clear and timely communications. We loved it!

Great staycation

The property was outstanding! Great location over looking the beach. We were able to grab a blanket and lay out in the beach at night under the stars. The amenities were spot on. The property has everything you need from a large bathroom, kitchen, bed/living room space to include a balcony to watch the waves. The property manager was very responsive anytime I texted her. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great condo! Excellent location!

Condo was spotless. Bed is very comfortable. We wish we had one like it at home. Our teenage son slept on the pullout couch. It was also quite comfortable. Loved our time here and hope to be back soon. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. We got a little turned around when we first arrived, but once we figured out we were following signs to the Villas everything was easy and very clear. The property is so beautiful, and the suite cannot be beat. We loved the room and ocean views. The bed and all of the furniture were so comfortable. We appreciated the included beach towels and other beach accessories. The views from the room were gorgeous, and we really enjoyed listening to the ocean waves. We would absolutely stay again!

Second Honeymoon

Beautiful villa for the two of us. It was very clean and had everything we needed. They provided towels for the pool & beach along with beach chairs, umbrellas and a boogie board. The king size bed was very comfortable and the linens smelled like Paradise. Sapphire was very helpful since this was our first time to Oahu. When we return to the north shore we will be staying here!!!

Christmas 2023

The condo’s location and amenities could not be beat. A beautiful quiet oasis. The beach and pool footsteps away. We enjoyed Christmas brunch at the hotel and one other time we had drinks at the hotel. The rest of our meals we prepared in the condo and ate on the lampooning at the most amazing views. We had a wonderful experience.

All the creature comforts of home, but located in one the most beautiful properties in Hawaii. Our family enjoyed every minute of our one week stay at Turtle Bay. Mikes villa was very clean, comfortable bed with nice linens and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The added bonus of the provided beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch. The room was spacious enough for my husband and I and two teen daughters. The serene, quiet location made our morning coffee on the patio enjoyable. Mike was very responsive to inquiries and made check in and check out a seamless process. Can’t wait to return! Becky Gibson

Turtle Bay Perfection

This property is AMAZING and by far one of the nicest my family and I have ever stayed in. The photos which are perfect and just as described still don't do it justice. The condo was spotless, the view and grounds spectacular and the owner offered all the amenities you could ask for. Michael made the check in process exceptional, provided answers to any question you may have and then some Including giving us a contact for surf lessons. The snorkeling gear beach chairs and boogey boards were a huge plus and we loved using them during our stay. If you have the chance to book this property don't think twice.. it's heaven! If we come back to Hawaii I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thank you so much again for the opportunity to stay at your condo it was PERFECTION! Aloha!

A wonderful five nights stay

My wife and I, both seniors, stayed for five at this property. We were able to check in a little early and the property was beautifully maintained and properly cleaned. The view is great and the sound of the ocean wonderful. The property is equipped with towels to be used on the beach, Beach chairs, and towels and supplies to make a vacation wonderful. We did have A small problem with the toilet, but this problem was resolved quickly with communication with the owner of the property. The overhead fan seems to have a small clicking sound as it was operating. It is not a disturbing issue unless you are sensitive to light noise. We had a wonderful week and would return if we planned to return to North Shore Oahu again.

This condo was great! So clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The balcony was a great place to have coffee, dinner, cocktails, and just relax. The beach cove was super accessible and the pool/spa weren’t over crowded. The bed is on the firm side so if that’s not your thing, you might be uncomfortable but it was fine. We’d stay again!
