Conveniently located 2.5 miles outside the Sunriver Village, unwind and lose yourself on this one plus acre peaceful hideaway, secluded between towering Ponderosas. Located on a quiet lot, Aspen Falls offers a unique experience in decor and furnishings; with all custom-made log furniture combined with modern luxuries, we bring you the experience of nature and comfort together.

The warm and cozy living room features a dramatic lava rock and juniper mantel which surrounds the wood stove. Spend a romantic evening with some soothing music and a glass of wine. The kitchen with hickory cabinets is well stocked and equipped, perfect for preparing a great meal with family and friends.

The handcrafted Ponderosa Pine stairway opens up to the loft or family area. The master bedroom has a King size log bed. The adjoining master bathroom features double hand-painted porcelain sinks on black granite counter top, shower and a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a Queen size log bed. The loft has a futon for extra sleeping.

After a full day of fun and activities, relax and soak yourself in our outdoor hot tub which is located on the back deck, secluded among the towering Ponderosas.

We are not located inside the Sunriver Resort or part of SRHOA.
We do not provide passes to SHARC.
This is a pet friendly home - if you are allergic to pets, please find other accommodation. Because we are a pet friendly home, you will find an occasional pet hair, but that doesn’t mean the housekeeping team is not doing their job.

Amazing Christmas Getaway

My husband, two daughters (ages 3 and 6) and our dog spent Christmas here and it was perfect. The cabin had everything we needed and it was so cozy. The only thing missing was snow! Our favorite parts were the wood stove and the hot tub. The beds were also very comfortable. Highly recommend for a family.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Amazing property & Maggie was wonderful to work with. I will just list the pro's/cons of my stay. Pro's--Very Clean, Easy Check-In, Beautiful Location, Wildlife Every Day, Nice Beds, Extremely Clean Bathrooms, Excellent Price for Stay. Con's--Notes all over property. If adults (who I assume are renting this home) are not already aware of these things, then they should not be renting vacation homes! Not enough bath towels! (I know the ad says "BYOB") but I don't think guests should need to bring their own bath towels to a rental home. I would also like to have seen access to the laundry facilities (given the fact we had '3' towels between the 2 of us for the entire weeks stay). ***One of the things that did really bother me was seeing cameras on the property. I understand that they are probably for security reasons, however when I (personally) see cameras outside, it immediately leaves me to wonder if there are cameras 'inside' and that left me with an extremely uncomfortable feeling. While we followed every rule in the house and left it spotless upon our check-out, it still made my stay somewhat uncomfortable. It might be a good idea to post notes explaining that while there are cameras 'outside' for 'Security Purposes' there are no cameras within the house itself. It might put others like me at a little more ease. I came on this vacation from Seattle, where "Big Brother" is ever present, I was trying to escape that feeling on this vacation.

Cozy home close to Mt. Bachelor

This is our second time staying at Aspen Pines and we had a wonderful experience again. Our kids love the bike camp at Mt. Bachelor and the house provides us a quick 20 minute drive up the hill and a break from the summer madness nearby. There are several great restaurants within a 10 minute drive but we also appreciate the kitchen and amenities provided at the house - plenty of pots, pans, dishware, etc. Maggie goes above and beyond with detailed and clear communication, chocolates by your bed, lots of fans for those warmer nights and an attention to detail with bathroom set up. Our kids also enjoyed the bathtub with jets and we appreciated the pet-friendly aspect of this house. Overall a comfortable and clean place to stay!!

Family vacation in Sunriver

We very much enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the many details that were considered - especially the bicycles, fully equipped kitchen, covered patio and lounge chairs. This is a nice, quiet location nestled among trees which was very relaxing.

We bought this beautiful property with future plan of retiring here. We love the location of our house - it is conveniently located 2 miles from the village where all the activities are, 20 minutes from downtown Bend and 20 minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. We love the year round activities found in Central Oregon.
