Desolat

Ich werde über diese Agentur nicht noch einmal buchen... Es fing schon damit an, dass unsere Zahlungen nicht gefunden wurden. Ständig hieß es, dass noch Zahlungen ausstehen würden... Erst nach gefühlt 1000 Telefonaten wurden die Zahlungen gefunden. Ich muss dazu sagen, dass der Verwendungszweck immer gleich war.. Dann sind wir in der Wohnung angekommen. So ist sie recht schön allerdings überhaupt nicht für mehr als 2 Personen geeignet... Das sogenannte Kinndezimmer war winzig klein und ohne Fenster und gefühlt ohne Luft. Ich hätte Angst, dass meine Kinder darin ersticken würden... Die Schlafcouch ist im ausgeklappten Zustand schon bei einer Person mit einem Gewicht von 80 kg zusammen geklappt.. Dann war der ganze Balkon voller Ameisen und in der Wohnung waren Kakerlaken.. Die haben wir die ersten Nächte gar nicht so wahrgenommen da diese ja nur nachts aktiv sind... Nach Entdeckung der Kakerlaken haben wir es noch 2 Nächte ausgehalten und sind dann 4 Nächte früher abgereist... Trotz Fotos etc bestreitet die Agentur alles und hat natürlich die Nächte nicht erstattet... Zumindest haben wir die Kaution zurück bekommen.... Wir fahren schon viele Jahre in den Ort, aber das ist uns noch nicht passiert...
