Cozy 1 bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean and the legendary Sotavento Beach! Take a dip in the large swimming pool, then watch the ocean from your sofa, kitchen, dining room, or balcony! All-inclusive ultra-complete equipment: free wifi, washing machine, TV, etc. (details below). Arrivals possible 24/7.

Exceptional location: top floor, therefore ensuring the best views! Direct access to the car park (free and easy) without stairs up or down. Very close swimming pool access, possible by lift. So apartment easily accessible to people with reduced mobility / disabled.

Capacity: 4 people maximum: one bedroom with a double bed (2 people) and a sofa bed in the living room (max 2 people). The bedroom has large closets, 2 bedside tables and a mirror.

Wifi: excellent free wifi connection. Whether for leisure or for your business if you are a businessman, you stay connected, having the unique feeling of sitting at the end of the world!

Facilities: Bathroom: wc and large shower, cleaning equipment, hair dryer. Sea view kitchen: 4 hotplates and hood, microwave, oven, 2 coffee machines including 1 Nespresso (pods not supplied) and kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, high table with 2 bar chairs, coffee machine wash the laundry (dryer on the balcony). Living room with sea view: sofa convertible into a double bed, flat screen TV, DVD and CD players. Table and 4 chairs. Balcony with sea view: table and 4 chairs. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows.

Access: digital code lock, allowing 24/7 arrival. No key to carry with you when you go to the pool!
The apartment is located 45 minutes south of Fuerteventura Airport, and slightly outside the town of Costa Calma. We believe that hiring a car at the airport is essential to fully enjoy the beautiful landscapes of this region.

Swimming pool: long enough to swim laps. Lounge chairs and toilets / showers.

Terraces: above the building, huge terraces. Ideal for your morning pilates / yoga session, or make great selfies with panoramic views of the sea and surrounding volcanoes to share on your social networks.

Cleaning: provided by a professional team, covered by costs of € 60 / rental payable by the client (+ € 10 / person beyond 2 people). Cleaning during the stay can be arranged by paying the cleaning ladies directly. Night linen and towels provided.

Smoking / animals: please smoke only outdoors, on the balcony and terraces. Pets are not allowed.

Activities and surroundings: Costa Calma is a unique place for all kinds of pleasures and adventures: running / trekking / Nordic walking in volcanoes or sandy deserts, cycling, golf, motorbike / quad / buggy, jet ski, catamaran trip to see dolphins, fishing, scuba diving / snorkeling, nearby zoo (Oasis park), excellent restaurants, surfing, visiting other Canary Islands, exploring the wild landscapes of the south of the island, etc. A visitor's book is in the apartment, containing a thousand and one other ideas, and the good plans of our customers. The surrounding beaches are the most beautiful on the island with miles of golden sand, ideal for romantic walks, running, naturism and lovers of relaxation.
The apartment overlooks Sotavento Beach, a place known for offering ideal conditions for kitesurfing and windsurfing: the world championships are held there every year in summer. René Egli (10 minutes on foot) and Ion provide equipment, offer lessons and ensure rigorous surveillance (watchtowers and jet skis) on this offshore spot. The view overlooking the beach allows you to observe the windsurfers and kitesurfs evolving from the sofa and the balcony, and join them at the best times of the day!
