We are open! Relax and enjoy the intracoastal water view and beach lifestyle at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to five in Indian Shores. Features an intercoastal view from the living room as well as the master bedroom. We are also just steps away from the beach! Dock onsite with benches to relax. Condo features a very open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen including full set of cookware, utensils and dining ware - no mismatched items here! Unit has dining table, plus breakfast bar. Condo also has a washer and dryer. The living room has large glass doors and balcony to enjoy the exceptional water view of dolphins, manatees, fish and more! We also have a community dock and a pool (heated in winter) with private restrooms so you can enjoy your afternoon without walking back to the condo.
We supply beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, Beach cart and beach wagon to tote items to pool or beach.
The unit has been rated 5 stars for cleanliness, location and amenities. This unit is expertly maintained and is completely renovated.

amazing stay

From the booking process to right through to the end of our stay, everything was perfect. The location of the condo was quiet but easily accessible to the beach and local restaurants. The condo itself was excellently stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The hosts were not only responsive, but friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Done.

Property was fantastic! Beach equipment was super useful, and I'm thankful we didn't have to drag all that extra stuff down - perfect for a family of four. The unit was updated and nice. We had other friends staying in the same condo complex, and we were told ours was the nice one! We had one issue, but Terry was super responsive and helped figure it out very quickly! Fantastic location, and fantastic week!

A great relaxing getaway!

A beautiful condo, just as the pictures showed. Very clean, updated, and accommodating!! We had a wonderful stay and will look for this condo the next time we are coming back to the area. The restaurant recommendations were awesome. Thanks for everything Terry!
