Everything was as described. Except no ice machine-which was no big deal for us. We loved our stay. Using the wagon loaded with chairs and an umbrella was a big bonus.

Great condo!

Loved the place! Clean, perfect size, nice amenities, close to the beach and loved that it was also close to the Tampa airport, St. Pete, and Clearwater.

Our vacation was amazing. The condo was exactly as advertised with a quick walk across the street to the beach. It was very quiet and offered everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated all of the beach supplies since we couldn’t bring them. Easy access to St. Pete and Clearwater for extra activities but a more peaceful relaxing place to call home. Tammy was very responsive and easy to work with. I would stay at another of Tammy”s properties any time.

Tammy is always very responsive. Great condo layout, new washer & dryer and close to everything we love to do. Sunrise and dolphins in the morning. Sunsets and local hangouts at night. Complex grounds are kept in beautiful shape.

Unit was just across the street from the beach. It was clean and had everything needed to make for a comfortable stay, even beach chairs and a beach cart. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the unit! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Also this unit included so much more than usual vrbo properties!

The host was good, but the condo really needed a deep clean. Some of the pots and pans had food on them, the rugs were sandy/salty and the guest room closet was unusable because it was full of sandy beach chairs and toys. The resort is nice and close to the beach. It was enjoyable to sit by the pool and the fishing dock on the Intercoastal was a bonus.

We are sorry that you felt this way about your stay. Every request we went above and beyond to make you happy as this is always our goal. We take very much pride in a five star rating that we have maintained for 10 years. As well, I made multiple trips to take your mail that was delivered to my house for you to help out of which is an hour away from where we live. I feel though that is a very unfair review, but I will take note to make sure that in the future, all of those are addressed.

Amazing beach stay!

I don’t even want to write a review of how wonderful this condo is— it’s in the perfect location, clean and has all the beach amenities you would want/need. We have stayed twice here and each time was just as wonderful as we remembered. We will be back to stay again and again!
