An Amazing Stay at an Amazing Condo

We have nothing but praise for our stay at this condo. The condo is beautiful both inside and out! The pool was amazing. The beach and sunsets were just a short walk away. We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony each morning. The owner was always responsive in a very friendly way. Would highly recommend this condo. One of the best!

This was a fabulous rental. Beautiful modern condo, steps from the beach. The complex is located on Gulf Boulevard, with lots of parking for guests and visitors. The best part, probably the most comfortable beds ever. Communication with the owner was prompt and it was clear he wanted his guests to have a great experience. Everything 5 star, nothing but positives. We had a great month

Cannot say enough about the property, location, or Malcolm. Everything was top notch from the beginning to the end. If you are looking for a great quiet location in a beautiful, clean, brand new condo then this is the spot for you. Malcolm was awesome to deal with during the entire process and we were pleased with the entire process. The unit was even nicer than the pictures. We will be back for sure.

Love This Place!!

This is the ideal condo to enjoy the surroundings of Indian Shores. The complex facilities include a heated pool and hot tub, modern gas grills, and secure coded entry with ample parking. The condo itself is immaculately furnished with modern appliances, beautiful furniture, extensive cooking utensils, and wonderful patio furniture to enjoy the morning sunrise and beautiful intercostal views. The available beach items allow for an enjoyable stay at the beach, just a short walk away. Malcolm was a most gracious host, promptly responding to any and all communications. My wife and I look forward to many future stays at Dolphin Key Unit 402.

Absolutely loved this condo and its amenities!

Just returned from spending 2 months at this beautiful condo and it is exactly as the pictures show. Lanai overlooks the inter-coastal waterway - great for watching the boat and bird traffic. Just a short 3 minute walk from the beach and the condo has beach chairs, umbrella, etc and a wagon to haul all the stuff to the sandy beach. Enjoyed many early morning walks on the beach and collected a multitude of shells. My only complaint is that the tv channel lineup was very limited but I am sure if I had of told the owner he would have fixed that for us. Cdn retirees need to see how the markets are doing and watching sports is also a must for us. The building is pet friendly as we saw many dogs there-not sure if this condo allows pets you would have to check. It also has an elevator which is great for seniors. Would not hesitate to recommend this condo. Large enough for a big family too.

This is a brand new 2017 property offering spacious living & outdoor space with water views.
After travelling to this area for over 30 yrs with our two children now adults. We felt compelled to buy this beautiful property in Indian Shores so we and they can enjoy our small piece of paradise,for future generations. We enjoy early morning sunrise walks along the beach,relax watching beach life go by and finish the day with stunning sunsets. Numerous restaurants nearby or a casual walk to the local craft coffee bar,just add to the area.
We would love for you to enjoy what we have experienced.

What makes this property unique

Dolphin Key has a full Water view from the comfortably furnished 30 x 10 deck with an added Pool & Spa view. We also have a Beach view from the front of the property, with a short walk to access Indian Shores beach.
The Condo itself is very well furnished with a very fresh colour scheme including tasteful accents throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked to meet most if not all of your needs for a comfortable stay.
The grounds offer a very relaxing environment leading to the Saltwater pool with added Spa tub.
