Take the Bay Shores Yacht & Tennis club elevator up to the 6th floor and enter your newly remodeled, 1050 square feet, 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with a large private balcony that includes a new King memory foam mattress, Air conditioning / Heating (68-80 degrees). We also have a pack n play for the little ones. Enjoy sunrise to sunset panoramic water views. Building amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, outdoor grills and Tiki hut, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, 4 hole putting green, shuffleboard, picnic tables, fishing pier, first come boat docks, 8th floor Sun deck, 4th floor laundry, the Gulf white sand beach a 3-minute walk away!

***NOTICE: Building and common outdoor walkway / painting renovation project ongoing through until the end of 2026. Some noise will be associated with the work during the day. Rates are discounted to reflect situation. * *****

The condo was very well equipped and had great views over the intracoastal waterway. Tammy and Scott were great hosts and made us feel very welcome - we would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again if back in Indian Shores. Great access to the beach and great facilities with the pool and bbq as well

We enjoyed our stay! It was very relaxing and they were very upfront about the construction and it was not that bad at all. We had a very rested week and we appreciate Tammy and Scott so much. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just steps from the stunning Indian Shores Beach. The condo came with everything we needed for a day by the water, including a cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and watching the sunset each evening was the perfect way to end the day.There was so much to enjoy in the surrounding area. We hiked, enjoyed the local wildlife, spent a fun-filled day at Busch Gardens, and even took a day trip to Silver Springs. Kayaking there was an unforgettable experience—we saw monkeys and tons of alligators!We spent most of our time out exploring, but the condo was comfortable, the beds were great, and we slept well all week. It was the perfect home base for our vacation. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend—10/10!

We have a beach wagon, beach towels, 4 Tommy Bahama chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, beach coolers and ice packs for our guests, so spending time on the beautiful white sand Gulf beaches is very easy for our guests and only a 3 minute walk across the parking lot and street.

Great stay!

Condo complex is quiet and nice for families. Scott and Tammy provided many extras and are very responsive to any need. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and playing pickle ball. Overall a great stay!

Quick walk to the beach

We loved our quick walk to the beach everyday. The unit was clean and the best part was being able to see some dolphins. We were able to communicate well to the owners as well.

Great Family Trip

We had a great time and the place was convenient to the beach and other activities. Tammy and Scott checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The condo had beach supplies and anything you would need. I even broke the coffee carafe as we were packing up, I texted them and they were very understanding and had a new one delivered the next day.

Indian Shores Condo

The stay was just as described in the listing. Communication with the host was frequent and extremely helpful. Pool, tennis and pickleball courts recently updated and in immaculate condition. Gulf/beach access was very convenient. Sunrise over intercoastal and sunset over gulf views were amazing. Would definitely look to stay again next year!

Relaxing beach vacation

What a beautiful and well appointed condo. Tammy and Scott are thoughtful hosts who made sure everything was perfect for our stay. They have thought of everything someone needs while on vacation and have supplied it from beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and even a wagon to get back and forth from the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find a basket of goodies on our arrival. Also, they are very easy to get in touch with if you have any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay again.

Great Experience

We have a great vacation at this rental! The location is nice and quiet and we really enjoyed the pool. The unit was very nice and had all the beach supplies we needed to go to the beach across the street. We loved walking to the beach, walking to coffee shop, grilling at the property and relaxing at the pool. Scott was a great communicator and made everything easy and made sure we had what we needed.

Endless summer

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view on the balcony is soothing and peacefull. We saw dolphins and maybe a lamatee. Everything was impeccable and clean. It was homey and near the beach. Thank you Scott and Tammy!

Super Stocked Beach Location

This was the perfect property for our family getaway. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach. The beach wagon and accessories were an unexpected surprise. Great views with relaxing mornings and evenings overlooking the water from the balcony. Any questions I had were responded to immediately throughout the entire process. The condo community was also very nice and welcoming of our family. We would definitely stay there again.

Lots of extras

This condo is prepared to help you have fun. There are lots of items to use at the beach, rackets for tennis or Pickleball and fishing poles to use on the deck. Need a break from the sun there are games, puzzles and books. Great place to enjoy a Florida vacation!
