Welcome to our home away from home. Located on the sixth floor, this complex has an elevator for easy access. Our condo includes everything you need and more to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The entire condo has been renovated and perfection is our goal.

What you will find inside our unit:
The kitchen has been totally updated with quartzite countertops, full-size, stainless appliances and tile flooring. Also included for your convenience are a dishwasher and disposal. The cupboards and drawers are fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for family and friends. You will find cooking utensils, silverware, dishes (place setting for 8), glasses and many small appliances (coffee maker, blender, can opener, crock pot and toaster to name a few).
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with Tommy Bahama type furniture to give you that "Island Feel". The furnishings include a king-size bed, two dressers and a console table with a large flat screen TV. From the broad window in this room, your view is the Gulf.
Directly connected to the master bedroom is the master bath. The single sink in this bathroom has a quartz surround. It also has a full size, walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has Tommy Bahama type furniture as well. The furnishings in this room include a queen-size bed, a full-size dresser with mirror, two night stands and a flat screen TV. The beautiful view from this room is also the Gulf.
The second bath has a single sink with quartz counter top. The shower is a walk-in shower with tile surround and sliding glass doors.
The living area has spectacular views of the Intracoastal from sliding glass doors. The furnishings include a leather couch and love seat, two leather reclining chairs, coffee table and a large flat screen TV and an electric fireplace. WiFi Internet and cable are provided.
The separate dining area offers seating for 6. There is also a stone-top serving piece. From a sliding glass door in this area, your view is the Intracoastal.
The balcony, which is accessed through sliding glass doors off of the living and dining areas, has a breath taking direct view of the Intracoastal. If you look to the left, you also have a view of the Gulf. The ambiance is so calm and tranquil that you have no choice but to unwind and relax.
