38 Quarry Hill consists of three completely remodeled and renovated boutique furnished townhomes. Each home can accommodate 2 to 6 guests, and consists of four bedrooms (two of which can double as an office space), two bathrooms, laundry, a chefs kitchen, a spacious living room, a private entrance and a large covered back patio.
We specialize in exceptional accommodations for:
long-term guests (2 or more months)(1 to 4 guests) such as Nurses, Doctors and Academics
mid-term (monthly)(1 to 4 guests) such as Corporate Travelers
short-term (weekly)(1 to 6 guests) such as Couples, Groups and Families
Larger groups (up to 18 guests)(utilizing the entire property) such as Seminar and Retreat Participants

The property is very quiet and private all the while being very close to everything: It's an easy walk on the bike path to University of Vermont and the UVM Medical Center, minutes from downtown Burlington, a stroll to the Quarry Hill swim club and the Burlington Tennis Club.
