Located on a private domain of 3 hectares, small independent Villa, of recent construction, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, with a splendid view of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
You are immersed in nature, while being close to the inhabited center and the famous beaches of Costa Rei, less than 3 km away.
The small Villa is composed of a living room with kitchen area, a double bedroom, 1 bathroom and a spacious equipped veranda with sea view, 1 outdoor shower and deckchairs.
All around the small Villa is a garden made up of a large variety of Mediterranean plants, in a preserved and serene environment.

Relax and chill

We had such a great time at Pia Marias apartment. Thank you for letting us staying in her lovely cottage. It was very clean, very well equiped. There were quiet, nice view over see and mountings and everything was made for relaxing time. Beautifull 'spaggia's within half an our are reachable by car, we visited different nice beaches every day. If only we could return here. Also thank you for Doris who translated between us and Pia Maria in english. Wishing you all the best!

Maison en pleine nature

Das Objekt war sehr schön,stilvoll eingerichtet und ausserordentlich sauber,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt,( equipment),wir waren rundum zu Frieden. Der Meerblick von der Terasse war sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.(Sehr ruhige Lage) Wir kommen wieder. Maria Pia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Wir vergeben 5 Sterne+++++☺und empfehlen dieses Haus weiter. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen können. Das herrlich ruhig gelegene und mit einem fantastischen Panoramablick ausgestattete Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war optimal für unseren Aufenthalt. Highlight war das tägliche Duschen im Freien.

Mia moglie ed io abbiamo avuto la buona idea di prenotare questa affascinante casetta per una settimana lo scorso luglio. Abbiamo davvero apprezzato il nostro soggiorno, sia la villa e l'area Castiadas dimostrando di essere grandi. La villa è in una zona tranquilla e appartata con una vista mozzafiato e una piacevole brezza (usato solo l'AC di notte - funziona bene ma l'aria dell'oceano è molto più bella). Maria è un ospite accogliente, attento e molto gentile. Lei ci ha accolto all'arrivo e, nonostante il fatto che non parliamo italiano, ha spiegato tutto quello che c'era da sapere sul noleggio con l'aiuto di qui gentile Doris parlando vicino tedesco, aggiungendo al divertimento di viaggiare. Tutto era come pubblicizzato - villa molto pulita e ben attrezzata. Grande terrazza dove abbiamo avuto tutti i nostri pasti e trascorso la maggior parte del nostro tempo quando non eravamo in riva al mare (grandi spiagge dappertutto) o esplorare la zona che ha molto da offrire agli amanti della natura. Nel complesso, è un ottimo posto per una coppia in cerca di R & R in un bellissimo ambiente naturale. L'area offre un ottimo cibo tipico offerto dalla gente del posto e conserva un vero sapore sardo (come praticamente tutta la Sardegna meridionale, come abbiamo scoperto - Cagliari inclusa!). Un luogo ideale per godersi la campagna della Sardegna

Very scenic location

Our stay at Maria Pias little cottage was marvellous. The spot is very lonely and scenic, from the bedroom and terrace you can see the ocean. The house was very clean and there was even fresh fruit and a water and juice bottle in the fridge. The kitchen is equipped with all important cooking Utensils. Furthermore there is a washing machine, bbq, and outdoor shower that we used regularly. From there many beaches are in near distance and we went everyday to another beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and want to thank Maria Pia for her hospitality.

Favoloso soggiorno tra mare e macchia mediterranea

La location è un vero paradiso, chi ama la tranquillità e la natura non può non innamorarsi di questa villetta. E' lontana dal caos e rumori, al tempo stesso tutto è veramente a pochi minuti (spiaggie favolose, servizi, ecc). La casa è comoda ed ogni dettaglio è studiato con cura. Il panorama, macchia mediterranea e mare, non può non lasciare col fiato sospeso. La padrona di casa (Maria Pia), è gentilissima ed attenta ad ogni esigenza delgi ospiti. Tutto veramente al TOP.

Spettacolare!

Che dire? La casa si trova in un posto meraviglioso dove la quiete, la natura e un paesaggio mozzafiato la fanno da padrona! Situata a un paio di km dal centro di Costa Rei, quindi da tutti i servizi e dal mare, è dotata di ogni comfort. Ottimo anche l'arredamento, moderno e funzionale. La disponibilità e la cortesia della proprietaria, presente per ogni evenienza e prodiga di consigli, concorrono a rendere la vacanza ancora più piacevole. Sicuramente consigliata a chi vuole trascorrere qualche momento di relax senza troppi vincoli di permanenza (non è richiesta una prenotazione minima settimanale o vincolata nei giorni di arrivo anche in alta stagione). Ci tornerò!

Fantastica villa immersa nel verde, con stupenda vista mare, in una bellissima tenuta a 5 minuti di auto dalle più belle spiagge della sardegna. Finiture di pregio, con bellissima doccia esterna. Proprietaria molte gentile, disponibile e simpatica. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, consigliatissimmo!
