Great property and great location

The property is perfectly located in Ranch Mirage and close to everything. Owners were amazing to deal with—I would absolutely stay at this property again in the future. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Stayed in the house for the month of November. Great location, nice yard and pool. Very spacious home. A few things need updating (kitchen and bathrooms), but overall it’s a comfortable home. Host was very helpful and responded quickly to inquiries, he was awesome to deal with.

Beautiful Rancho Mirage Rental

Beautiful home equipped with everything you would need for your get away. Fantastic back yard with pool and spa! Had one issue with the spa and the owner responded right away, it was fixed within hours. Close to Costco, walking distance to a grocery store. Perfect location! The owners were wonderful to work with. We are definitely hoping to come back!

Needs Upgrsding

Furniture needs upgrading in living and family room. Garage was filthy. Compactor didn't work. Master shower needs remodel. Landscaping needs work.

Blake, We will keep your comments in mind as we continue to improve our home. Dust from the local desert is always with us and our garage is not immune. The trash compactor is working but did notice that the control knob on the compactor was set to "off" when we visited after your departure. We have a service that would have addressed that issue, however, if reported. We had added a brand new recliner in the family room just before your arrival and updates to other furniture is a continual process since taking ownership just two years ago. The shower in the master bedroom works well and isn't neglected or in need of repair. We feel an upgrade to a shower is best done coincident with an entire bathroom upgrade and we will get to that when warranted. We just resurfaced the patio and back yard sidewalks after your departure and have plans for other landscape maintenance tasks when the weather becomes cooler. Thanks!
