Welcome to our ‘‘Ocean Retreat Suite”. Hilton Head Resort’s private beach offers beautiful soft sand, volleyball courts, and its own beach bar/restaurant, where you can enjoy a frozen concoction or a great burger, while watching the waves roll in. The resort has a private boardwalk to the beach and it is about a 7 minute walk or jump on the shuttle during operating hours.

Enjoy a safe and secure gated environment with on-site security. We are located in Building 3 which offers full amenities for any season including: heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center and running track. Throughout the resort you will find two outdoor pools, 6 lighted tennis courts free to guests as well as a poolside restaurant/convenience store, and souvenir shop. We also now have on site bike rental!

Villa 3201 boasts a private outside balcony with a view of a grassy area and lagoon fountain where you can enjoy watching the wildlife.

The fully furnished kitchen includes: stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (dual function Keurig/drip coffee maker), blender, crockpot, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, and all utensils needed to prepare meals in the villa, or we encourage you to visit any of the 250+ restaurants on the Island.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath. The guest room has a full size bed, along with a set of twin bunk beds. The Villa has smart wireless flat screen TV's, cable, dvd player, movies, games, books, and free broadband internet at no extra charge.

Tennis, Golf, Beach, and Swimming are available all year long. The Robert Trent Jones Palmetto Dunes Ocean Course borders the property and is a short drive away, or visit any of the other 40+ courses on the Island. Bike rentals are available on site at the resort. Other on island bike rental companies will also deliver/pick up at the resort. You will appreciate long rides cruising on the flat beaches. Alternatively, you can explore the island using the extensive Hilton Head bike lanes (over 100 miles).
The resort provides ample parking both in open convenient paved lots and covered parking under the condominiums.

Excellent property location!

We have stayed several times at the Hilton Head Resort properties. It is so convenient to everything on the island. The boardwalk to the beach is wonderful and restaurant at the end is fun.The unit only had one flaw. The water spicket in the m/bath has rested through and needs to be replaced. Other than that it was a wonderful place.The unit

Perfect room for a family with multiple kids, lots of access indoor pool was a hit in the evenings, you can get travel shirts at the store by outdoor pool nice walk to the beach, was able to contact property manager with prompt response, good stay.

Great vacation spot especially for families with kids

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was just as described and had everything we needed for our trip. The large outdoor pool was great! We only were able to use the indoor pool once because the day after we arrived they posted signs it was closed and it remained closed the remainder of our stay. We enjoyed being able to use the sauna, tennis courts, and weight room. We also were glad the beach was in walking distance. We would recommend this place to others.

Short weekend getaway

This was our first time staying at this resort and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The pools and bars/restaurants were great to have on site! The food, drinks, service and prices were great! The condo had everything we needed. It is a little dated, but it was clean! There were a few minor issues, but nothing that messed up our vacation. I let the owner know when we left and she said she would have them fixed right away. Overall, we loved our trip!

Perfect Getaway

Loved this unit. Only about a 10 min walk to the beach access. The unit was clean and cute. We loved the boardwalk thru the wetland to the beach. Saw tons of wildlife. There was a bar by the beach access for drinks and a lifeguard stationed on the beach. We were scared the indoor pool goers would be too loud at night but everyone left the pool by the 11pm quiet time.

Not quite on top of things!

Beds were not good solid beds, but ok. No small spoons in the silverware dept! Who does not have small spoons to stir coffee and eat with!

We have always had a full set of utensils, including small spoons, in the kitchen and they were certainly there when we visited earlier in the month. Perhaps someone had put them in another drawer? We do provide 3 phone numbers for our guests to call with any needs and I would have had been happy to have had spoons brought to the guest had we known they were needed. Will make sure they are there now for future guests!

Everything from initial contact to paying was good. The condo could have been cleaned better. There was sand on the floors and some trash under the bed. A piece of ceiling (paint) or (plaster) was falling next to a vent. Otherwise everything was fine.

We would have been glad to send the cleaning crew back to reclean had we known there were issues. We encourage our guests to let us know if they need anything at all during their stay. The piece of the plaster that fell due to moisture in the bathroom was repaired as soon as we were made aware of it.

Great place for families!

My kids loved the pool options and we enjoyed being so close to the beach! The indoor pool was loud in the evenings, but the fans in the rooms helped drown out the noise. The building is older but the unit was clean and updated. We enjoyed having the beach gear and wagon! The beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. I would recommend bringing a drying rack for towels. They have a lot of hooks around the condo but those don't work as well as having them outside (hanging them from the railing is not allowed). The kitchen had the necessities we needed to make a couple meals a day. The electric stove was tricky, we burned several things, but we're used to a gas stove. Tons of dining and shopping options around! The owners left great recommendations that we referred to often. Check out Captain Jax for comic books and ice cream- they just opened and the owners are lovely! It was my husband and kid's favorite stop.

Disappointed

Initial contact and communication great. Lots of helpful information provided before arrival. Unit was as described - 2 BR/BA, kitchen appliances, etc. Beach toys, chairs, wagon provided and beach was 10 minute walk from unit’s front door. Island Grill (next to outdoor pool) had $5 t-shirts - great for cheap souvenirs. The stairwells of the complex are dark and dingy. The elevators are slow. The carpeting is stained throughout the complex. There are very unpleasant smells all over- heavy chlorine, musty, syrup. The unit’s proximity to the pool/hot tub area was good/bad: great for quick access but bad for the odor and the noise of other guests using the facilities until at least 11:00pm each night of our stay (M-W). The complex has several tennis courts that are first come-first serve; unfortunately all courts were occupied by a collegiate competition for the duration of our stay. As for the unit itself- The front door is very beat up, an unsettling first impression. Although there were instructions to unlock the door, instructions were not provided how to lock the door. The unit had a bad odor. Floors of the unit were dirty. Blinds and ceiling fans were dusty. Dishwasher had bad stench. Broken closet door in master bedroom. With the exception of the flooring in the bedrooms and flat screen TVs, most aspects of the unit are very dated. Appearance of mold on shower curtains and around fixtures. Mold/mildew likely doesn’t happen with regular and thorough cleaning that guests have a right to expect, especially when charged a cleaning fee. Final note- the owner’s messaging from the outset of our booking was to notify their team if anything was not to our satisfaction. The gesture is appreciated but with only three days for our stay we made the decision to forgo disrupting our plans to wait around for a maintenance/cleaning crew to address the issues described above.

We do everything we can to make sure our guests are happy with their accommodations. As stated in this horrible review, we ask guests to call us immediately upon arrival if they have any issues. We never heard a word from this guest. I have an on island manager who also owns the cleaning service and she would have taken care of any issues inside the villa immediately had he called either of us. Instead, he chose to wait and complain after check-out. I think the fact that the guests who checked in the day he checked out left a 5 star review says all that needs to be said about this "review".

Family Vacay

We were generally pleased with the condo and the resort. The condo was the perfect size for myself and my teenager, and there were plenty of beach items to use (chairs, wagon, toys). The resort is well maintained and the amenities are appreciated (pools, beach shuttle, cafe and souvenir shop). I had no trouble getting a parking pass for a friend that visited for the day, and Linda (property manager) was a great help in figuring out how to lock the condo door! Drawbacks--Building 3 contains the indoor pool and some days the chlorine was simply overpowering, to the point that my eyes watered. I would not stay in the building again. The condo had some cosmetic issues (pantry door off track, ceiling paint peeling from a leak) and the previous renters had left trash in the wagon and the beach stuff was very sandy.

nice quick trip

The place was cute and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment overlooked the pool and track which was nice but also could be noisy. Not noisy enough were it really bothered us that much. The first night the people stayed in the pool past 11 and sound carried but they didn't sleep us up. My only real complaint was both tubs were dirty. And my oldest said he didn't feel the bunk bed was secure when he tried to climb on top and ended up sleeping on the couch. I would suggest anchoring the bunk bed. We would stay again. Thanks

1st time Hilton Head

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and we enjoyed our stay on the island and in the apt. The only issue we had was the master bathroom not being properly cleaned and sanitized, but they resolved the issue the following day. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool. That was a nice surprise. The walk to the beach was pleasant and we stopped at Coco's on the beach for cocktails. Overall, it was a good stay.

Clean apartment with flaws

It is not far to walk to the beach. The apartment opens up into an indoor pool area which has a very strong chlorine smell. The complex is older and certain areas are not well attended any more.

It was just what we needed. The unit was clean and had everything needed. We didn’t use much as we were at the beach most of the time, but there was extra beach stuff to use as well as fully stocked kitchen. The resort was a typical busy resort. Hilton Head stay

We had a great time on our vacation. The property owner was great to work with, and was prompt to answer questions. The walk to the beach is long, but it says that in the description. The pools on site were very nice. We would stay here again.

Family Vacay

We had a great trip. The walk to the beach from the resort was longer than expected. We ended up driving to nearby public beaches instead of walking. My kids loved the different pool areas at the resort, especially the indoor pool. The villa was nice and had everything that we needed for our stay.
