SUMMER SENSATION or WINTER WONDER - 2 outdoor pools and an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna make this resort great no matter the weather outside. Both bathrooms recently upgraded!
The Hilton Head Resort is a gated resort that offers the perfect Oceanside retreat for those who like to enjoy the beach no matter what time of the year. The gorgeous beaches are just steps away via the private boardwalk. While walking on the boardwalk to the beach or to the beach cabana, Coco’s on the Beach, you can stop to read about and enjoy the beautiful ecological marsh and wildlife or you can ride the convenient shuttle during the peak season. NOTE: Shuttle may not be running or be running on reduced schedules due to off season. Coco's (open seasonally over the summer) serves alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, snacks and sandwiches in case you don't want to take a cooler, you can just take a break from the beach on their patio dining area.

Amenities…. 2 outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, baby pool, Jacuzzi, sauna room, lighted tennis courts, jogging track, workout area, small arcade, beach, volleyball, walking and biking paths, many bike rentals deliver to site, Deli as well as 24 hour private gated security. **Please note amenities may be closed or on limited service levels due to winter off season.

Our unit is on the top floor of the resort, with another unit on only one side, so it is nice and quiet. We provide several beach chairs, a pack and play, travel baby swing, toddler booster seat, linens, towels, coffee maker, hair dryer and more, a full kitchen so you can stay in if you wish; ALL THE AMENITIES OF HOME for your beach getaway at our little retreat.

The extensive island wide walking/bike paths cross the entrance to the Resort, you can explore all over the island. Easily walk to the Park around the corner, or to Shelter Cove Mall, the grocery store and nearby Starbucks if you wish.

Beautiful condo and a great location! The walk to the beach is a bit further than I thought, but the beach is less crowded here than in public areas. The indoor pool area was great! 1st Beach vacation

We had an absolute blast. The place was very clean, the owners answered any questions we had very quickly. The island had all kinds of things to do and see. The beach was just a few minutes away and the pools at the resort were also very clean and wonderful. Overall it was great place to stay and visit for the week

The kids had a funtime swimming in the various pools and walking the boardwalk to the beach. The owners shared their beach toys, buggy and chairs which was tremendously helpful!!! I wish we had grocery shopped before we arrived at the resort, it was a little tricky getting in and out of the property. The resort itself was very family friendly but also very easy to get turned around and/or lost. The kitchen was a challenge to work in and there was only one place to get food on the property, though there was a beach bar/restaurant available too. Both were very busy!!! It was our first time going to Hilton Head Island. We will return to explore more of the island in the future. Thank you!

The condo was great for the cost. Hilton Head Resort is a really great budget friendly option. Laura and Tim's unit was no exception. Everything was a promised and functioning well. It is nicely positioned with seperation between units on one side and nothing above the unit. We didn't hear anyone around us. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well. The couch is also a nice perk being on the newer side and in great shape, also very comfortable. Balcony is screened in which was a great added feature and very quiet. It doesnt have the ocean view but its priced well for what you do get and can easily walk or drive to the beach. I really appreciated this as a great affordable option compared to anything else on Hilton Head. The resort itsself is also very well maintained and staff are very present and always close by. Beaches are fantastic and all pools are nicely maintained. Owners provided helpful information and were responsive and assisted with check-in.

Nice condo

Our condo was clean and nice. The condo was well maintain and took care of. We were there for Labor Day weekend, wasn't too crowded at all. Gated property was nice, the resort itself was a little dated but overall nice and safe. The walk to the beach was a little long, they provide shuttle service, but we didn't use . The walk to the beach was pretty on the boardwalk walking over the landscape , seeing the different kinds of birds.

The dishwasher was very dirty and not working. The floors didn’t look swept good or mopped. It was hot when e we got there. Why wouldn’t Utah turn the cool on in the midst of summer!?!?

The floor was more comfortable then the beds

The beds felt like you were sleeping on concrete and the TV remotes did not work. When we checked in there was food/crumbs still under the kitchen table from the last guest. The condo was decorated nice and the communication with the owners was great. Just had a horrible night sleep for the week we stayed there as did my kids in the second room due to hard and uncomfortable beds. We took turns sleeping on the couch.

We will be back!

This is our families second trip to Hilton Head. This condo resort is centrally located and staff was pleasant. Condo owners were amazing to communicate with. Condo building is slightly dated and worn. But nothing to prevent a future stay. The actual condo unit was decorated in a fun beach theme and very family comfortable. Walk to beach from unit is around 10 mins so pack light. We saw signs for the beach shuttle but with our total of 5 trips to the beach we never saw the shuttle. Coco’s on the beach is a great spot and as always Hilton Heads white sugar sandy beach was ahhhmazing!!!!

Worst condo I’ve ever stayed in

The condo was dirty, the kitchen faucet was loose, the toilet paper holder was broken, the closets were full of their things no room to hang anything. The owners gave false information about the outdoor pool being opened the shuttle and the bar at the beach.

Decent unit but the resort is way below average

The unit is decent. It's small but my family of 5 was comfortable. It was clean and updated. The resort, however, needs a major update. The carpet in the hallway is disgusting. Finding your way to the pool requires walking to the second floor through the dimly lit stairwells and then over to another set of stairs that goes down to the pool/hot tub/sauna area. Besides the pool there are no other amenities. The walk to the beach area is long but nice. Although the unit was decent, I would NEVER stay ate the Hilton Head Resort.

My family enjoyed our stay there. We liked the board walk to the beach and Coco's at the end of the board walk. The cage with a wagon and chairs was great to have. We liked being in building 3 where the indoor pool was located especially as it was a little cool for swimming outside during our visit. Indoor pool area could use a little TLC. We did get to the large outdoor pool, which we liked, too. The location was good to bike to many different places on Hilton Head Island. The unit had pretty much everything we needed. We brought our own beach towels, but a few more bath towels would have been nice. It would have been a bonus to have a washer and dryer in the unit, but we were aware we didn't have one. Overall, we liked the unit and the location!

Great Spring Break

The condo was perfect for our needs! Everything we needed for our stay was available in the unit! This included beach chairs, umbrella, and a wagon to transport them in. The unit is well decorated and definitely has a "beach feel" to it. The amenities at the resort made the stay very enjoyable as there was always something to do, rain or shine. The beach is absolutely beautiful...no need to travel to one of the local public beaches to "fight" the crowds. Hilton Head Island is a great location for a vacation. This was our first visit to the area, and we simply cannot wait to return. Great restaurants, shops, waterfront boardwalks, parks....you name it....it's there! If you are a seafood lover, you absolutely must head over to Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks!!! The hosts were great and provided all information we needed well in advance of our arrival. Highly recommend!!!

Disappointed

The location of the condo was great! The walk to the beach was great for exercise, but long with small children. But a few things that disappointed us was the booster seat/high chair was disgusting. I do not know what was on it, maybe candy or gum of some kind. Second, we have a crawling infant and the rugs have stains and hair all over them. The floors were sticking, mostly in the kitchen and master bathroom. Third, the electrical cord for the microwave had to be placed just right to get the microwave to work. And Last, there were bugs (looks like cockroaches to us) in the dishwasher and between the cabinets near the stove. The resort itself was well maintained! The condo is in the building with the indoor pool which made it a good and bad thing-- It was an easy walk, but the indoor pool doesn't close until 10 or 11 at night and this made it hard for our 5 year old to go to bed at night with the noise from the indoor pool. (the kids bedroom was the interior room, closest to the indoor pool)

Great Stay

We had an issue with the HVAC when we checked in, nothing to worry about though, I called Laura and she got it taken care of immediately. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but it forces us to stay active and enjoy the scenery.
