Just what a dream vacation is made of!! Come join us at our Hilton Head villa for an unforgettable vacation...

Unit is in Bldg. 3 (2nd floor) includes 2 bedrooms with TVs, living room with large TV, fully stocked kitchen and two bathrooms. All over remodel in 2023.
Choose Hilton Head Island for the fantastic beaches and weather. Stretch your vacation dollars at the fully outfitted Hilton Head Resort - the best value on the island.

Hilton Head Resort offers six lighted tennis courts free of charge; bike rentals available on site with resort being located on a fantastic bike/walking trail; resort security 24/7; main pool area includes bar/grill, sundries store, second outdoor pool located at Bldg. 4; indoor pool, hot tub, children's pool, fitness facility, indoor walking/running track, and wifi cafe located in our Bldg. 3.

The gorgeous beaches are just steps away via a private boardwalk. While walking on the boardwalk to the beach, you can stop to read about and enjoy the beautiful ecological marsh and widlife. There is also free shuttle services from complex on the boardwalk which will drop you off right at the beach where Coco's Bar/Grill is and our sand volleyball court are located. Coco's serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, snacks, and sandwiches and restrooms!

Our unit is located on the second floor in Bldg. 3. The master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bathroom. The guest room offers plenty of space with one twin over full bunk bed and one twin bed. The kitchen is fully furnished with most everything a family could need to fix meals in the villa. The living area features a comfortable sofa that where one person could sleep and a balcony overlooking the Robert Trent Golf Course.

This centrally located resort is a 24 hour gated community convenient to golf, bike paths, shopping, movie theaters, restaurants, and of course the beautiful beach. The resort is adjacent to the Robert Trent Jones Ocean Course in Palmetto Dunes.

Abundance of ease

This stay marked my 4th time staying at this resort, and this is my favorite condo by far. No issues with owner communication. Ample beach supplies in the outdoor locker space. I love how the unit didn’t have a lot of unnecessary furniture cluttering up the space. The beds were all comfortable and everything was very clean. I especially liked the key code to get in and out of the unit. Made it very easy to allow others to come and go as they pleased. Very close to the elevator, and tucked away around the corner, so it lessened extra sounds of the indoor pool. Excellent food at Coco‘s Beach. Some of the best burgers we’ve had. There was also a lifeguard station right outside the entrance point from the resort to the beach. Was able to have a Walmart delivery brought right to my doorstep. Such a convenience! We had issues getting the TVs to work, but we didn’t really need them. Appreciated the board games left in the cabinet. Thank you very much, Jackie. We all had a wonderful time. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer ;-)

Had a great time. Beach boardwalk is a little long but thank goodness for the golf cart shuttle. Pool was great also. Beach Bear deli a must on property.

We had a great time. The location is awesome. The building is great with the pool and hot tub just downstairs. The boardwalk was a short walk to the beach, with lots of neat wildlife to watch while walking there!

Memorial Day weekend getaway

Beautiful Property

Condo itself was gorgeous! Better than it looked in pictures. Property of the whole resort was more run down than expected, but the condo was awesome! Perfect amount of room for our family of 5 (including 2 teens). "short" walk to the beach is a bit of a stretch as it is quite a ways away. Overall amazing stay and great property. Would definitely stay again. Host was great with communication and everything went so smooth!

Comfortable Condo

We enjoyed our vacation! Condo was clean and comfortable beds and couches. Plenty of kitchen accessories for meals. Love the indoor pool and CoCo's on the beach! Great little vacation spot!

Overall the trip was very pleasant. We enjoyed the room as well the amenities that came with it. The only unfortunate event was the pool closing early for most of our duration. It was the only pool area with a pool for our toddler.

Clean, Easy, Family friendly stay

Very conciliated located condo in Hilton Head Resort. Unit is a little bit outdated, but very clean and accommodated our family very well. We also enjoyed the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys host left for the guest. All resort amenities was really nice ad don traveling with the kids.

Winner for our family

We had a wonderful stay here! Being in the building with the indoor pool was a huge hit for our kids. We had some evening rain each day and they spent the excess time there. Perfect little set up and the kids were comfortable sharing the second room. Will book again for sure!

Only complaint was the ac couldn’t really keep up with the heat. Condo needs some updates but was a cute little place with more than enough space for our stay. Loved that the indoor pool was in the same building as us

Overall excellent. First time using VRBO but will use again. If we go back to Hilton Head would stay in this unit again if it is available. One minor thing, the sheets on master bed did not fit quite right, would be off by morning.

Nice overall stay

Property is nice, condo updated and clean, quiet. Beach access is a long boardwalk walk especially challenging with kids and beach gear- had intermittent shuttle rides, only run specific times. Beach cart was rusted and unable to use. There was no beach umbrella to use. Beds and room temperatures were comfortable, plenty of space for 6-7 people. Property outdoor pool very crowded all the time. Convenient location to stores, shops and restaurants.
