******ONLY 3 MINUTE WALK TO BEACH******** Views of the bay and a great place to make memories with your family or multiple families. 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 living area beach house in Long Beach Island. 2 blocks from the beach. 1 block from the bay. Multiple beds in bedrooms. Beds include: 5 queen beds (1 pull out couch), 10 full (4 full over full bunk beds), 2 twin. Spacious backyard with two cornhole sets. Balcony with bay views. 2 very large living rooms with cable and Netflix . WIFI. Outdoor shower. 2 washers/dryers. Extra Refrigerator in Garage. 12 Beach Badges supplied for summer season. Bikes to travel back and forth to beach with. Only a 30 second walk to see great sunsets.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Sheets: Please make sure all beds used are stripped of sheets ONLY. Mattress and pillow case covers should remain. Quilts and pillow shams DO NOT get removed .

Garbage: Recycle (cans, bottles and cardboard) all should be in blue pail. NO bags please. Just dump it right in. Regular garbage in black pails. Please make sure covers are on.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
