Suite (large bedroom, snack area and bathroom) on the ground floor of an individual villa close to on foot (500 meters) from the village of MOUANS-SARTOUX (Alpes-Maritimes) about 10 kilometers by car from CANNES , 5 kilometers from MOUGINS, and 7 kilometers from GRASSE. Public transport near the villa (bus stop about 300 meters from the villa and SNCF train station 900 meters).
The old village of MOUANS-SARTOUX is very typical and lively with many restaurants. It hosts many parties and events. Shops are nearby.
The suite was completely renovated in 2017. The decoration is warm.
It is ideal for 2 people. The bedroom is very large and has a 160 bed. It is also equipped with a sofa and a coffee table. It has WIFI and a TV with access to Netflix. There is also a small snack area equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave and a small refrigerator. A large bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. A small private garden allows you to rest or take meals, it is also equipped with its dedicated jacuzzi.
Access to the villa's shared swimming pool is free from 10:00 to 20:00.
