Close to the village of Pégomas, pretty terraced house with garden, swing pool
Nice house of 77 m2 in a subdivision, facing south, terraced east side with indoor parking in front of the garage and private outdoor parking in front of the fence wall.
- Enclosed private garden with direct access to the collective swimming pool of the housing estate
(18 houses).
- The house is designed for 5 people (5 beds).
- On the ground floor, a fully equipped practical and functional open kitchen. It opens as well as the living room dining room on a large covered terrace facing south.
- The terrace has all the necessary comfort to relax, contemplate the garden with trees and flowers, have lunch and dine with the plancha nearby.
- 2 North-facing bedrooms open onto a solarium terrace not overlooked, equipped with a shower to cool off and a secure gate giving access to the swimming pool.
- Shower room with shower, basin and storage cupboard.
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
- A 15 m2 mezzanine lit by 2 windows overlooks the living room.
- Large velux window with electric shutter to appreciate the freshness when the sun is at its zenith.
- This house and its surroundings are perfect for a peaceful stay a few minutes walk from the center of the village where you will find all the shops you need, restaurants, pétanque grounds, bus lines, taxi….
- Various festivities enliven the summer evenings in the village of Pégomas, including the famous Dancefloor evening and aperitif concert evenings.
- You will set off on foot to explore the surrounding hills, stroll along the edge of the Siagne passing through the typical Provencal village of Auribeau.
