This is an amazing place to stay along the River. If you are searching for a cabin on the river you can't beat the view of the mountains, the gentle rolling of the river, and a cozy cabin. We wanted for nothing, everything was very well appointed. While we didn't use the cook house or the loft we could see that this would be a nice place to gather our family in the future. Love all of the beautiful lakes in the area, and so many places to hike.
This house has everything you need for a great stay!
This property has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the river! The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of room for family and friends! The dock is great and a boat ramp is conveniently located 2 doors down. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Kris, You are always more than welcome to stay again. You left the place so clean I could hardly tell you were there at all.
Thank you for taking such good care of my place I really appreciate it.
The property is a gem having a large grass area and an easy walk to the water! We enjoyed jumping off the diving board and floating around the well kept dock. The cabin is very clean and has all the amenities one needs and then some! Modern air conditioning was much appreciated. Additional outdoor seating was nice under the lit gazebo. The loft for sleeping was very spacious and kept cool. The host, Mike, was friendly and kept in touch when needed. We hope to enjoy another vacation here!

Stevie was a great guest, and left the place very clean and followed all instructions to a T while leaving.
Thank You Stevie!
I stayed with my partner and a few friends. We brought our boat and picked up our friends boat down the river at their family cabin. This was a adult birthday party celebration. We are all in our 30s and 40s. We wanted to get away from the family to really have fun. We enjoyed making food on the stove and BBQ. This place is better in person. Its very cozy and feels like a families cabin not a rental. Oh and enjoyed fishing on downtime. I would 100% recommend this cozy place.
I would recommend this place 100% to any family looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway. The property is situated along a peaceful river, surrounded by lush trees and stunning views that create a perfect serene escape. We were thrilled to see numerous bald eagles soaring overhead, adding a magical touch to our stay. Our family loved spending time on the private dock along the river, which can accommodate a boat and is perfect for fishing, swimming, or simply enjoying the water. The river is also great for stand-up paddle boarding, making it ideal for water enthusiasts. The boathouse was a fantastic spot for outdoor meals and playing games, enhancing our time outside. The property is packed with creature comforts that made our stay effortless and enjoyable, including ceiling fans, air conditioning, reliable WiFi, two refrigerators, and ample parking space. The host provided extra equipment like fishing poles, plenty of towels, and a wide array of cooking supplies, ensuring we had everything we needed. With too many amenities to list and plenty of room for our family of four, we felt right at home. The host’s communication was outstanding—prompt, friendly, and attentive. We would stay here again without hesitation and are already looking forward to our next visit!
We enjoyed four days at this well-maintained property on the Pend Orielle River. The small cabin is decorated in hunting, fishing, woodsy decor - quaint and comfortable. So many sitting spaces from which to enjoy the river: on the front porch, in chairs overlooking the river, lounging on grass and from the dock. There is also a large gazebo with picnic table. We spent a lot of time outdoors and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Beautiful location with tons of space for everyone. Beach area for little kids and a large grassy area. Good fishing. The trailer hook up was a perfect spot also with a view of the river. It was a wonderful week!
We had a great time. The cabin and loft are perfect for our family. Mike has so many things available to add to the fun such as kayaks, frizbee, yard games, etc. We really enjoyed every second of our time.
This was an awesome property! The d écor was perfect for a summer cabin. Mike was and awesome host. Had trouble with the internet password and he made sure it was fixed for us to be able to get service. Had many thoughtful and cool things around, like a massage chair in the Gazebo and DVD players in the loft and cabin. I would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun place to stay!
With the river so accessible to the cabin, it was so pleasant to just sit outside the cabin to breathe the fresh air in such a quiet location. Perfect to hear the birds chirping and was graced with an American bald eagle swooping to catch its fish. Our family came to visit us and spend the day swimming and just talking. We could not "bear" to leave.

Thanks for the great review Anthony!
I'm glad you had a good time.
Is there anything I can improve on?
Thanks

Had our family vacation recently. Stayed 3 nights. Place was great. Plenty of room and the layout was perfect. We really enjoyed the eating area and relaxing on the grass on the water front. This place had everything thing we needed. We hope to rent again next summer.
Beautiful place for quiet relaxation, busier on weekends. Enjoyed use of Kayaks. Limited cell connection, if internet needed best connection is outside library in Cusick or Newport. Mike was a helpful host.
Property is well laid out. There is a fantastic outdoor eating area that is covered and has seating for several.Private dock was fantastic. We very much enjoyed our stay
This was the perfect place for my wife and I to have some relaxing time away from it all. We loved sitting in the lounge chairs watching bald eagles fly over the river from the nice lawn. Very convenient having a nice dock and close private boat ramp. We highly recommend this cabin.
We loved the stay at this little cabin. It was a perfect get away on the river. We could not have asked for a better stay. We spent time fishing on the dock and just relaxing around the property. The Host (Mike) was very responsive, highly recommend.
My place will accommodate a fairly large group, and still be comfortable for all. There is also two RV spots available if you rent Bear Essentials. There will be a $40/ night charge for each RV. There is 30 amp electrical, and water hookups. Please dump you holding tanks at the Casino or ?
What makes this property unique
This is a great getaway. The water skiing is second to none. Kayak, fish, swim or just sight see on the river. Plenty to do other wise. Gravel pit across the road for target practicing, biking, motor cycling, hiking, ATV riding, and sight seeing. The Casino is 15 miles away.
