Wonderful stay and wonderful hosts. Location and beach are beautiful. We got lucky and saw sea turtles and sting rays (and lots of fish) at the reef right of the beach. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The separate bedrooms downstairs are easy to access with two sets of staircases. The pool was clean and provided a great view over the beach. Hope to go back again!
This house is right on the beach. You feel like you are on the beach at all times. Great snorkeling and the house has everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool.
Gorgeous location right off Smiths reef for snorkeling, swimming, beaching, great pool right on top of the beach. House is as close to the beach as you can get. The whole family enjoyed it tremendously. We normally don’t go back to the same island in the Caribbean but are already talking about going back to this house. Conveniently located to Turtle Cove with all its amenities. Also can get to town in just a few minutes. Loved it
Amazing property located right on the beach with stunning views, sunsets, etc.Very quiet location but still close to beaches, restaurants and shopping within a short drive.Very clean, check-in was very smooth, we were greeted at the property and shown around upon arrival. The two downstairs rooms definitely have a musty smell as mentioned by other guests. As adults, we would not have slept there due to the smell, children did not seem to mind. For the price this should not have have been the case and we were thankful we were not a group of adults as we would not have wanted to sleep in the downstairs rooms. Not an issue for our group but the two downstairs rooms are not accessible from the rest of the house as they have a separate entrance so for younger children this is not ideal.Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, basic spices, plates, cutting boards, and everything you could possibly need. There are beach chairs, snorkel gear, pool floats (did not see any life jackets) and beach toys.We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to someday return to the island!
clean renovated older house as close to the water as you can get. nice pool overlooking beach, with easy access to good snorkeling. kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, etc., although no food basics (salt, sugar, oil, etc.) although knives need sharpening! good air-conditioning in all rooms. very pleasant week. you need a rent car on Provo.
I chose this property for location, beachfront and private pool. We wanted something that would work with our new grand daughter who was 8 months old during our stay. The house met so many of our needs. The only challenge was not having a powder room in the main living area. the baby and elders retired early, and the only available bathrooms were on the lower level, through outside staircases. The pool, the beach, the wrap around balcony, and how well stocked everything was surpassed my expectations. The location was good for us and we enjoyed the dining options that were in walking distance. It was a bonus to be able to walk into the ocean to snorkel. I would stay here again!
The location of this property is what makes Beach Villa Sandstone so special. We chose this over other locations due to the proximity to Smith’s Reef and the beachfront atmosphere. What we did not like were the two totally separate bedrooms on the lower level that also smelled really musty. There is also a shared laundry area between the two bedrooms on the lower level that are used by staff for the adjacent villas. The furniture in the upper level and bedrooms is kind of cheap and worn, and the kitchen drawers and cabinets are not of high quality. The outdoor porch space and endless pool is really nice, and between snorkeling the reef and other excursions we made good use of this space. The plantings around the house are nice, and you really feel like you’re in paradise; which you are!! I would rate location and outdoor space a 10/10, but the musty odors downstairs, along with the sparse interior and communal laundry a 3/10. Under the house there is a couple feet of water in a crawl space that backs right up to the downstairs bedrooms which must contribute to the odors. Still a great stay, but chose wisely if you need the downstairs space.
Our family just returned from a week stay at beach villa sandstone in Turks Caicos. It exceeded our expectations. The location, the view, the beach, the pool and especially the snorkeling right off our beach. Everyone at tc villas gets a big thumbs up. They were wonderful. The kids swam with sea turtles, beautiful fish and ray! We couldn’t get them out of the water. What a fantastic vacation for everyone from grandparents to our youngest 2 year old. We decided not to rent a car so We ordered dinner and groceries from Gourmet Catering and they were great. Food was delicious and groceries were already put away when we arrived. We walked to dinner at the marina. Simone’s, Sharkbite and Baci. We would recommend them all.
