Comfortable apartment of 70 square meters completely renovated ideal for family, couples or friends, located 2.5 km from the ski slopes and 3 minutes walk from the sports school, the CNEA and the staps: terrace to the south kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, separate WC, beautiful view of mountain and forest.
Many possibilities for hikes and excursions: skiing, snowshoeing, museum without walls, hot baths of Llo and Saint Thomas, yellow train, Spain 30 minutes by car ...
Cleaning fee of 50 € in cash to be given on arrival returned at the end if the apartment is clean.
For 50 € in cash to be given on arrival, linen can be provided: 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person, 1 bath mat, 2 tea towels, 1 small round towel and 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases per bed.
An inventory and a meter reading of the radiators (managed by the condominium) will be made at the beginning and end of the stay.

Un magnifique appartement, très cosy et fonctionnel. Agencé avec goût. Juste envie d y revenir. Un accueil tres sympathique d'Anne et si vous avez de la chance, vous pourrez même voir des biches juste devant la fenêtre!!!! Tres bon séjour.
