Location très agréable, calme , propre , moderne , gérante très accueillante au téléphone. Juste petit bémol est l'ascalier très raide et petite marche ( reste dangereux) . Sinon je le conseille vivement, prête à revenir.

Escalier un peu dangereux.
Propreté passable (four sale, mur salle de bain pas très bien nettoyé avec des cheveux collés, au niveau du sol des wc poils).
Petits soucis de communication avec la gérante au sujet de l'arrivée et de la localisation de la porte de l'appartement.
L'appartement est sain, neuf avec une agréable odeur de lessive
Gérante agréable.
Localisation de l'appartement agréable.
Beaucoup de matériel à disposition (grille pain, cafetière, frigo, plaque de cuisson, vaisselle...)

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, près de toute commodité, entièrement basé sur la confiance. Communication par sms avec la gérante qui malheureusement n'était pas présente ni à notre arrivé, ni à notre départ. Petit bémol, l'escalier est un peu raide. A recommander.
