Spacious house with 7 bedrooms and five bathrooms (one is suite), porch with barbecue, outdoor dining room, ping pong table, outdoor lounge and pool / solarium. Only 3 km from Manacor, near the Rafa Nadal Sport Center. Ideal for groups or families who want a spacious house.

It is a very spacious house, 250 m2, with mountain views.
It consists of three rooms (two of them with TV), dining room, kitchen, 6 bedrooms with two single beds (90x190), one with a double bed (180x200), 5 bathrooms (one en suite). Pool with sun terrace, porch with outdoor dining area, lounge area and barbecue.
It is very close to the Rafa Nadal Sport Center in which you can enjoy:
visit to the museum, spa center, spectacular gym, restaurant.
It has an ideal location for travel by car to the rest of the island.
It is 3 km from Manacor, where you can find a variety of supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona ...).
At 3 km, in Manacor, there is a train station that connects Manacor with Palma de Mallorca, bus station, local markets, shops, restaurants. There is also a greenway for cycling and long walks.

The closest beaches are Porto Cristo, Romantic Beach, Calas de Mallorca, Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila and the virgin beaches Cala Varques and Cala Virgili.

Great villa

The villa is a great set up, worked well for a family stay. The pool and children's park were great. Ideally the bedrooms would have A/C as we stayed on a very hot week, but other than that it was excellent.

Perfect getaway for our group

We appreciated the flexibility, availability, and warmth of the welcome. Inma was very helpful before and throughout the stay. The house was the perfect size for our group of 14, very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a good sized pool. We would happily return!

We had a great stay. Nice rooms. Big areas to hang out. A bit hard to get taxi but with rental cars it was easy to travel around in the area.

Very good overall, Inma responded to a couple of issues very quickly and extremely professional. Pool great but steps very steep and around pool I feel would be better with more safety rails around it for small children. Air conditioning really good. You really need a car to get around.

Lovely holiday

The villa was great for our family group of 14. Lots of outside space for the children to play. Everyone enjoyed the pool which was a decent size for swimming. Inma responded immediately when we had queries. The countryside location was in easy reach of lovely bays but you need a car as the villa is well out of town.

Rural property off the tourist trail

Stayed with my children and grandchildren, the villa is beautiful, well equipped, comfortable large beds and lots of break out areas. Kitchen slightly small if you intend to cook at home but we’ll equipped. Lovely outdoor space in the shade, lots of room for kids to play. Lovely pool but steps up to it quite steep. Please be aware, A CAR IS A NECESSITY, almost impossible to get taxis to pick up at the property.

Komfortabel und zentral gelegen

Das haus war für unsere Gruppe, die aus 5 Erwachsenen und 9 Kindern bestand, sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist zentral. In 10 Minuten mit dem Auto waren wir an wunderschönen Badebuchten wie Cala Aguilera. Palma ist in 40 Minuten erreichbar und in den Norden nach Pollenca oder in den Westen nach Valldemossa fährt man auch ca.30-40 Minuten. Wenn wir mal nicht unterwegs waren wurde die Tischtennisplatte sehr häufig genutzt und am großen Pool, der übrigens jeden Tag gereinigt wurde, hatten wir Spaß und Erholung. Bei so einer großen Gruppe haben wir die Alleinlage sehr geschätzt. Ein großes Lob an Inma, unsere Ansprechperson. Sie hat für uns am Anreisetag eingekauft, weil wir sehr spät ankamen und uns auch mit Obst und Gemüse aus der Region als Present überrascht. Inma war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten und bei auftretenden Problemen hat sie immer schnell reagiert. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr!

Top Finca!

Wir haben mit 13 Personen eine ganz tolle Woche dort verbracht. Kinder und Erwachsene haben eine tolle Finca vorgefunden! Lediglich die WLAN Qualität ist echt ausbaufähig. Und der vermeintliche Lärm der Straße war eigentlich ganz gut zu ertragen….aber wir kommen auch aus einer Großstadt.

Großes Haus mit viel Platz und tollen Vermietern!

Wir haben als Familie mit 14 Personen das Haus gemietet. Vorab haben wir von Inma schon viele Infos bekommen inkl. einer Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Nach Übernahme des Mietwagens haben wir sie angerufen und uns dann ca. 1 Stunde später mit ihr am Haus getroffen. Die Übergabe war sehr professionell und problemlos. Das Haus ist groß und hat ein mehr als ausreichendes Grundstück. Der Pool liegt nachmittags etwas im Schatten aber das kann auch an der Nebensaison und damit anders stehenden Sonne liegen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und zusätzlich zum Kühlschrank dort gibt es am Grill noch mal 2 kleinere Kühlschränke was sehr praktisch ist für die Getränke für so viele Personen. Kurz alles ist sauber, ordentlich, gut benutzbar und für die Menge an Personen angemessen. Das Haus selbst liegt an einer der hauptverbindungen von Manacor nach Porto Christo, daher herrscht immer relativ viel Verkehr den man leider hört. Zu Fuß ist kein Restaurante oder Einkaufsmöglichkeit erreichbar. Da wir aber eh jeden Tag unterwegs waren, war das für uns kein Problem. Von den Zimmern hat eines leider kaum Abstellfläche und das ist etwas unbequem. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einem Bett. Nach Anruf bei Inma wurde dies aber umgehend gelöst und super professionell behandelt! Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür! So stellt man sich Service vor! Wir waren sehr happy in dem Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden allein wegen des tollen Service noch einmal kommen! Danke!

Gut zum Abschalten

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Check-In und Check-Out waren super leicht und reibungslos. Wir haben viel Zeit am Pool verbracht und morgens und abends ausgiebig auf der Terrasse gegessen. Das einzige Manko war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab und zu unserem Zeitpunkt durchweg 36 Grad waren. Ansonsten ein super Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Freunde Urlaub bei Ca’n Bili

Unser Aufenthalt war mehr als nur toll, wir sind eine Gruppe von 20-24 Jährigen gewesen und wir fanden die Aufteilung von dem Haus perfekt, super geräumig und genug Bäder für alle. Der Pool super groß und mit genug Liegen für 14 Personen! Auch das Grundstück liegt perfekt mitten auf dem Land ohne Nachbarn, also konnten wir auch mal abends die Musik etwas lauter spielen lassen :) Das einzige was negativ aufgefallen ist war das WLAN, das hat am besten im Wohnzimmer funktioniert, hat aber in manche Zimmer und nach draußen kaum gereicht, da auch der Handy- Empfang auf der Finca niedrig ist war das auf jeden Fall etwas nervig.. desto trotz hat das dazu beigetragen das die Gruppe nicht so viel am Handy war, was wiederum auch sehr angenehm war!! Die Ausstattung ist auch super wenn man mal kochen will oder mal grillen will. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt !!

Tolle große Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind groß wobei die Matratzen erneuert werden könnten. Der Pool ist einfach schön. Wir waren 24/7 nur draußen. Die naheliegende Straße war nachts recht ruhig. Der Sternenhimmel war wunderbar. Die Wand zur Küche könnte man entfernen. Dann hätte man eine große Wohnküche. Dann wäre es perfekt.

Très belle maison

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. La maison est parfaite pour notre séjour. Nous étions 4 familles et il y avait le bon nombre de chambres et de salle de bains, chacun s’est senti très à l’aise. Elle est également très bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié l’aire de jeux et les jouets mis à disposition et la piscine est un vrai plus. Aussi la maison est au calme et les plages et villes à 10 min en voiture. Parfait!

Tolles Haus mit großem Pool

Das Haus liegt außerhalb von Manacor, so dass man keine Nachbarn stört. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt …Handtücher, Küchenutensilien, 3 Kühlschränke! Alles war sauber und sehr geräumig.

Das Haus hat eine super Größe, ist recht gepflegt. Wir haben dort eine super Zeit verbracht, CheckIN und CheckOut hat super geklappt, trotz dass wir nachts um 1 angekommen sind - sind wir persönlich und super lieb in Empfang genommen worden. Das Objekt liegt genau an der Hauptstraße (nachts aber kaum Autos da), was natürlich tagsüber nicht unbemerkt bleibt, da wir aber als Arbeitsteam dort waren und nicht durchgehend am Pool realxen wollten, war das gar kein Problem. Gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Tolle Unterkunft!

Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich und man hatte viel Platz. Der Pool war toll! Nette Gastgeberin. Der Obst- und Gemüsekorb, den wir bei Anreise bekommen haben, war super lecker. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern Vorort. Auch schön, der kleine Spielplatz. Gerne nochmal :)
