Although the condo can use some updating and minor repairs in the kitchen and the upstairs bedroom,the unit was very clean and located in what I consider the best part of Sea Pines. Loved having access to a private pool, as well as being in close proximity to the beach. The king size beds were comfortable, but newer pillows are needed. Communication regarding how to use the TVs would’ve been helpful as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view, nice house

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as advertised in terms of the house itself. There are several beach access points walking distance from the house, but the Sea Pines Beach Club (large beach) is about a 10 minute drive and may require you to park in a different lot and take a shuttle in. On our 4th day, we did have an ant problem in the house, but the Property Manager had someone at the house within 5-10 minutes of our call. We didn't have a problem after that.

This is an old rental. Expected more

Appliances old. Dish washer leaks . Stove difficult to tell temperature. Many lights out in ceiling Upstairs. TV not working Dinning chairs 2. Weak legs.
