appartamento arredato con gusto e super fornito. Al check-in 20min di panico quando siamo arrivati all'orario concordato e non c'era nessuno e la proprietaria non rispondeva al telefono. Poi si è risolto nel migliore dei modi.

j'avais annuler cette réservations plus de 24hr avant mon départ car j'avais ete aviser soit 24 hr avant mon départs que air Maroc avait fermer leurs frontière causer par la covid vous m'aviez dis que je serais rembourser mais plus tard j'apprends que non et que j'avais annuler trop tard je naï jamais eu de contrôle sur cette décision de air Maroc j'attends toujours mon remboursements de 700E soyez aviser que je vais prendre tous les moyens de communications au media pour faire connaitre vos politique de remboursements bidon denis deschatelets client hautements insatifiaits

Disappointing

The premises were very cold, the heating was inadequate to make the apartment comfortable unless you left it on 24/7, which we didn't. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable and in danger of collapsing or breaking with the slightest use. There were items of crockery missing, the cutlery was a miss match of whatever cheap utensil supplied. Juicer was broken, air freshener was broken, we had to buy utensils and cookware so that we could prepare food. There was no oven, which was advertised, there was a small under powered Micro Wave. The towels were cheap and well worn, TV was in Spanish only. The hot water tank only catered for one shower, therefore we had to shower alternate days.The internet was sporadic On a positive note the apartment building was clean and well kept and the underground parking was beneficial and on our arrival the apartment was clean. The location was as advertised, within reach of the main shopping/restaurant area and train station.Overall not a winter rental.

Excellent apartment in a good location

My wife and I stayed for a month at this apartment in Benalmadena and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It wasn't a holiday for us, more a fact finding mission as we were relocating to Spain and needed to begin the residency process. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and is in a good location, 5 minutes from a large supermarket, 10 minutes to a large shopping area and a further 8 to 10 from the coast. All of that is downhill so there are a couple of longish hauls on the way back! we were met by Jesus at the apartment and he explained everything to my wife, an Argentinian , so no problems with the language. He knows English in any event. We had initial issues with the wifi but this was corrected by Jesus. Nothing else to add, no reason not to recommend to single travellers or couples.

sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Frühstück, Tiefgarage und Balkon

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern. Zudem war alles sauber. Von den Nachbarn hört man nicht viel. Die Kommunikation war wegen der Sprachbarriere ein bisschen holprig, aber sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles wie angegeben vorhanden. Beim Auschecken darauf achten, dass die Tür zur Tiefgarage angelehnt/offen ist - sonst kommt man nicht zu seinem Auto oder aus der Wohnanlage.
