About this property
Perigordian house with private pool
House located 700m from the village center typical of our region. Close to the center and to the shops and the market (every Sunday + Wednesday in July / August) but nevertheless in a quiet environment. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms and 3 WCs + 1 outside for the pool. It is completely private, secured by an audible alarm, close to an outdoor kitchen and its barbecue; its maintenance is carried out by us. The garden measures 4,000m2, trees, with deckchairs at your disposal. The house faces south as well as the terrace. Your entrance is independent and your indoor parking.
The house has wi-fi and internet in the living room. The ground floor is composed of the equipped kitchen (fridge / gas stove / oven / dishwasher / washing machine / coffee maker / selective sorting ...), followed by the dining room and the living room. Upstairs the 4 bedrooms and their bathrooms; 2 bedrooms with 2 90x190 beds and 2 bedrooms with 1 140 x 190 bed; bed linen and / or sponges are not provided but optional. We do not accept animals but children YES! See you soon, Christine and Philippe

Superbes vacances au coeur de la Dordogne
Superbe piscine, sur un très beau terrain.
Maison bien équipée et spacieuse (pour 8 personnes sans problème).
La maison est très bien située
